Wrong, and racist. Disarming citizens is not the solution. Actions come from the content of the heart, not the content of the holster.
I agree with the Panthers here, and I'll go farther: not only every black but every white should be armed. Every single one, even non-violent felons. An armed society is a polite society. And besides, it's an enumerated Constitutional right.
But if homey pulls a gun on me, unprovoked, I am well within my rights to pull mine in self-defense.

Exactly - there is no reason why their communities shouldn’t already be armed. If they were, they might not keep getting killed off by the gangs - it would end up being the other way around...

Blacks and other protected "minorities" are basically considered clients and beneficiaries of the state, so as far as the Left is concerned, arming Black Panthers is no different from arming Feds.
Any individual who can not be trusted to be armed should not be running around loose, anyway!
There are bolt action uppers in .50 BMG. .50 Beowulf might be more practical.
I was thinking of when Zorg gave the Mangalores the weapons and they blew themselves up. The Black Panthers weapons probably wont explode, but the results will probably be the same.
