I would say the solution to this woman’s problem is depends. Then she doesn’t have to leave her seat to stand in line to use the bathroom seat. <-sarcasm ->not sarcasm-> There is so much craziness out there....need I say more....no I don’t think so.
This is an outrage. I urge Miss uh Ms uh whatever Chemaly to leave this evil country as soon as possible to forgo further horrible discrimination. Planes, boats, trains (?) leave every day. Canada is a short distance away by car. I’m sure Canadians would love to have her. (snicker)
That doesn’t contribute to the lines for ladies rooms, since the lines are only to use the critical facilities.
But that’s what the article says—modern construction better addresses the ladies room needs.
You might be on to something there. Look at I Kings 14.10 where the Lord prophesies, through the prophet Ahijah, that he will cut off from Jeroboam "him that pisseth against the wall."
Notice that that applies only to the men. The women were not allowed to do that--presumably they had to use pay toilets.

I have been in men’s restrooms in NYC wherein if I wanted to use the urinal I had to do so with a line of women standing 3 feet behind me. Judgeing by the number of women waiting in those men’s rooms they could quadruple the size of the ladies rooms to no noticible avail.

I think the real “preferred” solution is Unisex bathrooms. And why not? These daze, apparently people can decide what gender they are anyway.
