“may have altered documents” >> ALTERED AND DESTROYED documents
“coverup” >> LARGE conspiracy involving the Milwaukee DA and deputy DAs, the teachers’ union as his wife was involved, and democrat NGO groups in Wisconsin and outside Wisconsin.

I would be willing to bet that the same people were involved legal attacks aganst Palin, Perry, Walker, Christy and GWB (National Guard).
I suspect the connection is in Austin,TX.
