I would order ‘straight jackets’ for all and have National Guard medics standing by with needles....
If I were the hospital adminstration I would order enough straitjackets flown in, and set up a ward just for that.
Then I would hire the biggest, baddest strongmen as orderlies out there, and a few extra nurses, if the state would not give me a few N Guard medics...
Then If they came in violent and destructive...just tackle to the ground, nurse sticks with needle, and the big guys put on the jackets and take to the ward...handcuff to the bed.
Have a psychiatrist on hand, and we do have some people who are still in psychiatric wards for minor crimes.
We are a nation of laws, so if you can’t control yourself ....then we will help you with your mental problem.

I was at a hospital emergency room many years ago when a prisoner was brought in.
He tried to run and INSTANLY a nurse ran over with a large sheet,they got him down and rolled him up in the sheet,arms included.
Instant straight jacket.

If those protesters are going to target hospitals then charge them with a mental disorder (below) for that, and let them spend some time with some real crazies.
