IIRC Hill was involved in the study the Senate staff did to look at past abuses of power by various presidents - you know, like Kennedy using the IRS against his opponents and Johnson wiretapping his - when the study showed that Nixon had done nothing more egregious than had his predecessors, it was buried - she should have been fired......
