I think they took the water away to drive down land prices so they could buy it dirt cheap and develop it

Aren’t Misters Pelosi and Feinstein heavily involved in real estate?

Grow up. Ellis Island represents the LAW, not some whitey- privilege liberal shame-fest.

Your inability to grasp the significance of that fact is everything anyone needs to know about you.

Also, do you know that before this country was founded, the Irish were kept as legal slaves by the millions, and rated as the cheapest form of human property, specifically as worth far less than black slaves?

Or does that get in the way of your racist vote-grabbing bigotry, to actually acknowledge the Irish as a race, instead of being able to lump them in as “privileged whites”? You gonna march for Irish reparations? No? What a surprise.

So? The people who came through it did not stick around and "fight the corruption". They came here.

You might want to pause from name calling and inventing monsters in your head for a minute and review the contradiction in your own posts. I was simply pointing out that your argument doesn't make sense.

2 CHRONICLES 7:13-14

13 When I close up the sky so that it doesn’t rain, or command locusts to devour the land’s vegetation, or send a plague among my people,

14 if My people, who belong to Me, humble themselves, pray, seek to please Me, and repudiate their sinful practices, then I will respond from heaven, forgive their sin, and heal their land.

[You mean draining Central and Northern California water resources wasn’t going to remain viable?]

No one anticipated how many gallons of water the home grown
‘medical’ marijuana plants would take.

“California knew this was coming.

Could have put desal plants in long ago.

Population explosion did not help. either”

The dimoKKKRATS would rather build a high speed rail so the illegals can get around better than to something positive like build desalinization plants.

So? The Irish who came here did not stick around and "fight the corruption". They came here.

They came here after they died fighting the corruption and then the rest of them had to run for their lives. No, MORON, not ALL of my family died. SOME lived, that's how reproduction works. You actually need that spelled out?

And no, Mexico is NOT anything like those times. MASSIVE support is available if these illegals stayed and fought the corruption. MASSIVE international awareness, economic alternatives, media pressence, educational opportunities and especially democratic reform processes are IN MEXICO.

But these gutless wonders won't make use of them - mainly because they have sophmoric Democratic operatives like you shoveling billions of our tax dollars at them to stay here illegally for generations. Of course, you wouldn't THINK of providing your OWN money to keep them IN Mexico, to help them THERE. Hell no! You'd rather front idiotic political excuses to tear down your own country to get votes.

And what KIND of votes? Do the Democrats plan on ever letting these "poor immigrants" into even the middle class, let alone into YOUR elitist "neighborhoods"?

Don't make me laugh. What you support is plantation politics, as old as what the DEMOCRATS used against the blacks in the South. These Mexican fools are doing nothing but betraying their country in order to be reliable-vote plantation slaves for new masters up here.

Oh and thanks for dismissing the slavery of the Irish. I laugh at the idea of you responding to a black person's invocation of their past slavery with a "so"? And by the way, most of those early MILLIONS of Irish came here AS SLAVES.

I can't even imagine living as low as you do, where the politics of slavery trump any vestige of conscience you used to have.

And they didn't cost BILLIONS in tax dollars, given to them PREFERENTIALLY through racist laws that discriminate openly against citizens in virtually every area.

But hey, what's "law," right - especially to a Democrat? After all, "stroke of the pen, law of the land, kinda cool" is the Liberal motto.

They don't mean it. They are just using it.

Of course - they don't "mean" anything, ever. But the statistics they use are for residential comparisons, not "total." That's how they jack up the ratio for their "argument."

The Irish? Most Irish immigrants came here because of the famine.

And no, Mexico is NOT anything like those times. MASSIVE support is available if these illegals stayed and fought the corruption. MASSIVE international awareness, economic alternatives, media pressence, educational opportunities and especially democratic reform processes are IN MEXICO.

I have no idea what you are referring to. Or how this is supposed to support your assertion that your ancestors didn't immigrate, but stayed to "fight the corruption".

Oh and thanks for dismissing the slavery of the Irish. I laugh at the idea of you responding to a black person's invocation of their past slavery with a "so"?

I did no such thing. You tried to change the subject - your ancestors who stayed to "fight the corruption" instead of immigrating. I brought you back to it. BTW I'm starting to lose count here. You're a Pole, an Italian, and an Irishman. Now you're black too?

And by the way, most of those early MILLIONS of Irish came here AS SLAVES.

No they didn't.

So... in other words, they did not stay behind to "fight the corruption".

Because, they need every bit of tax revenue they can get; even if it is just a fraction of what is being sent back to Mexico by all the new comers.

I’m not going to read the whole thread to find out, but do those three photos seem bogus to anyone besides me? If they ere trying to make it appear NASA took some photos from space and these are the results, I’m having a bit of a problem with that. And why else supply photos like this?

Check out the desert in eastern California. That used to be green? LOL

No sympathy from me. Failure to steward resources effectively, enviro fascists allowed to dictate policy, water bonds squandered on useless studies, dam removal for dubious reasons, and so forth, Marxism fail.

I live in this hell hole (husband won’t leave) and every word of your post is true. I would add that the fact Brown is governor again just shows that the majority of people here are crazy as loons. Counting the days to retirement and I am off to Arizona.
