I'm pretty certain that Muhammad was illiterate.

Finally, a definitive explanation of WHY the left so loves Islam:

“Without a moderate Islam the Socialist projects of Europe which depend on heavy immigration collapse. America’s War on Terror becomes the endless inescapable slog that the rise of ISIS has once again revealed it to be. Multiculturalism, post-nationalism and Third World Guiltism all implode.Without moderate Muslims, nationalism returns, borders close and the right wins. That is what they fear.”

The loss of Methodism to Christinity is a great historical tragedy.

Agreed. For me, it was like a death in the family, and I wavered and felt guilt for years, until I started researching how the corruption came about (all those second collection plates for the foreign missions; missionaries went Marxist/liberationist in S. America and Africa) and how long ago it started (1920s). It took until around 1970 for it to start infecting the people in the pews. By the late 80s, it was raging in the cities (Philadelphia and Baltimore Conferences), but by the mid-90s, even in the suburbs, the class of available senior pastors were mostly ones who had gone to seminary in the Swingin’ Sixties, and it all went down the drain. Out of my last 10 pastors, several were single at 50 and openly gay in every way but admitting it, one or two were gay but married to a lesbian for cover, one was a lesbian with a “friend” who changed the words of liturgy to eliminate male pronouns, and the rest were gay sympathizers. One of the women pastors got tried in the Methodist court for writing heresy about a female goddess. And don’t get me started on the “youth ministers.”

...Police sources told the Anadolu Agency that the arrested men were members of a larger gang, with known criminal records, responsible for numerous robberies.

In other words, we'll lock them up for the robberies but there's not much we can about the rapes, after they tied up the men, the women were captives, and anyone who has bothered to read the Koran will know that it's acceptable to rape captives...just ask your local friendly imam.
