Illegal Immigrant Car Chase That Killed Family Sparked By Fear Of Deportation
Inquisitr ^ | August 13, 2014 | Tara Dodrill'

The illegal immigrant driver responsible for a high-speech chase that lasted less than two minutes and killed six people pressed down hard on the gas pedal because he was afraid of deportation, his girlfriend said. The deadly crash occurred in League City, Texas on Sunday evening.

Juan Garcia Ahuezoteco has been identified as the illegal immigrant behind the wheel during the high-speed chase. The crash happened around 8:30 p, at the intersection of Ohio Street and FM 646 in League City. As previously reported by The Inquisitr, Dickinson Police report that an officer attempted to pull over a Dodge Durango for a simple traffic violation before the driver rapidly sped away and the horrific crash occurred. Ahuezoteco was able to reach a speed of at least 100 miles-per-hour in the extremely short time period after the Texas police officers flipped on his lights and sirens. The illegal immigrant driver ignored a stop sign and hit a Honda Accord carrying a family of four – knocking down a host of power lines in the process. The four people killed inside the Honda Accord include Rafael Guerrero, 41, Alejandra Guerrero, 38, Gilberto Ortega Jr., 25, and a 15-year-old teenage boy. The teenage boy was the son of the Guerrero. All four people died at the scene of the accident.

Miquel Ortega, a cousin to the family killed in the crash, said, “I can’t believe it. Even my legs were shaking a little bit, I couldn’t believe it.

The family had another son who was at work at the time of the deadly accident. The boy was working at a local grocery store to help make money so he and his brother to use for school clothes, the family’s church stated on Facebook.

This is the most detailed article about this accident that I have seen and it contains pics of the accident . Here it says an officer attempted to pull over a Dodge Durango for a simple traffic violation and the guy pressed down hard on the gas pedal.Houston at best would have arrested him taken him to jail and he would be allowed to make bail and carry on until pending court date is set for him to show up. At best he would gotten few days in jail, community service ,end of story.HPD would not of contacted ICE just on drunken driver charge.I believe this guy was involved in some other serious criminal offenses for him to have this kind of reaction.Even if they were going to deport him HPD would of ignored the detainer allowing him out of jail.Houston would shielded and protected him from an ice detainer on the merits of drunk driving charge. In my opinion there is more serious issues going on here that the police or public will never know about. I would bet he gets under 5 years and he will not be deported. He will have years to build up sob story and get Houston Churches come to his defense to not deport him .

Ah it wasn't the illegal immigrant killer's fault.

It was the fault of the TEA Party, for making him fear deportation.

It's all becoming clear to me now.

This is a lie. All illegal aliens now know that they don’t have a chance in hell of being deported with Barry in the White Hut. Hell! Illegal aliens now go straight to Ted Cruz’s office to protest. The monster has oozed out of the “shadows”.

“It was the fault of the TEA Party, for making him fear deportation. “

That was my take on it too.

So, if you're afraid of being caught for already having committed a crime, the crime you commit while evading arrest for the first crime should be excused, because it was someone else's fault?

Or does this only apply to the crime(s) of illegal immigrants?

You lose that bet that he gets under 5 years. From the article:

Both the illegal immigrant driver and his passenger, Alejandro Molina, were also killed in the League City crash.

I totally agree! What, did we deport a whole 75 people recently! As if this country deports anybody anymore.

There’s a lot more to this story. The deportation stuff is just a smoke screen for something else! Either they had something illegal in the car or her boyfriend is a complete idiot and killed innocent people over a minor violation!

If someone would actually drive near 100 mph and run into a car full of people and kill them to avoid deportation to Mexico, it seems to tell us what Mexico is like, doesn’t it? And, do we want to introduce millions of people from there and other cesspools further south to further enhance our sensitivity to and willingness to become, those societies? Hmmmmmmm???

no he would been legally arrested and treated like any other citizen in Houston. I do not see why he would think he will be deported ,when it’s well known fact drunken driving charges alone would not of resulted in him being deported. He escalated his legal problems by running from the police. How can it be someone else’s fault ? He is the driver. He bares full responsibly.Being in the country illegally, no drivers licenses/ no insurance/driving drunk.I seen enough cases in Houston from above charges without running from police result in fewdays in jail, community service, pay fines.. I do not see where you felt it was implied- he should be excused, because it was someone else’s fault?.

All illegal aliens now know that they don’t have a chance in hell of being deported with Barry in the White Hut.

And even if, by some miracle, they do get deported, they can just waltz right back in. How many times have we seen an article about an illegal alien committing some crime and it will say, "Mr. Lopez Garcia Sandoval Ramirez had previously been deported nine times"?

There are no crimes if you're an illegal immigrant. Everything they do is an act of love.

Yep. Houston is a sanctuary city. But this was in Dickinson and League City. Not sure about their policies. I do know that League City voted not to allow the border invaders to be kept there.

Since I cancelled cable I serf the regular channels and I can read enough Spanish to see there’s a channel devoted to nothing but immigration.
