Your welcome, what was interesting, I knew someone in NY who restored a WWII era Jeep, complete with an original Motorola 2-way phone. He’ a bit of a WWII historian and he explained how Motorola laid the groundwork for cellular technology as we know it during the war, then in the late 40’s worked with the Israelis on making improvements, before Erickson, Phillips and eventually the Japanese made further refinements. If it weren’t for the Israelis, cell phones wouldn’t be technically or economically feasible today.
