ACLU: No Deportation Of Illegals Without Legal Representation!
Self | 8/2/14 | Me

ACLU: "No more deportations until illegals have lawyers."

Hello? McFly? Anyone home? Think, McFly...they're trespassing illegal immigrants, a threat to national security and sovereignty, breaking countless federal and state statues. We have every right to arrest them and immediately deport them because they have absolutely no justifiable case; they're non-citizens who broke the law! Oh they have rights, alright; the right to go home and feel fortunate they weren't imprisioned! I'm going to jump the White House fence so the ACLU can immediately demand I can't be removed. I'll make sure to bring a tent, a potato gun and a giant foreclosed sign because America has become literally too stupid to exist. We are not responsible or liable for a failed nation's people. Want to come to America? Fill out the damn paperwork! Canadians have somehow mastered this incomprehensible concept. Oh, that's right, Obama is only offering free housing, healthcare, and a "get out of jail" free card to minorities who will mindlessly vote for Democrats and disregard our heritage and Constitution. Now I understand why our laws don't apply and voter ID unnecessary! Silly me.

Since laws don’t apply - then no need for lawyers - then
no need for ACLU...

“ACLU: No Deportation Of Illegals Without Legal Representation!”

There you go. More make ready work to bail out the over
saturated legal field. Of course these lawyers will be
the unemployable who only work for the government because
they are the only ones stupid enough to hire them. Just
like the lawyers at ACLU. Not to mention, we will be
picking up the tab for these worthless abogado tards.

The old reliable ACLU---always willing to say they are "for the poor and downtrodden" and hoping to make a buck on it.

THE FACTS ARE THESE: every lawyer is an officer of the court, and should know that the US justice system is not amenable to dispensing justice to litigants w/ "unclean hands"---a legal term meaning those who have committed crimes.

Migrant crimes most probably include (1) falsifying official documents, (2) giving false info to US authorities, (3) stealing SS nos, (4) faking multiple identities, (5) receiving govt monies under false pretenses, (6)falsifying tax returns to get EITC refunds, (7) money-laundering via remittanced to homelands, (8) colluding w/ criminal drug cartels to violate US borders...perhaps aiding and abetting by carrying drugs into the US.

Any lawyer or law firm that gives legal advice to an illegal (unindicted felon) should be reported to the state bar association for eventual disbarment.....and should have his/her license to practice law challenged.

Another issue I was bringing up the other day is: When foreigners come to this country with the full INTENT of breaking its laws, couldn't those foreigners therefore be classified as "enemies" of the United states? They come here with the intent to commit an offense against it, so doesn't that fall into the definition of "enemy"?

Read the US code for Treason:

18 U.S. Code § 2381 - Treason

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

THIS NEEDS TO GO VIRAL: Obama rubber-stamper Leon Rodriguez, an attorney, oversees the legitimization of the border swarm.

Moreover, Rodriguez administers EB-5 visas at UCIS (A DHS agency).....said to involve major US national security threats.

===============================================

In an earlier statement----citing a Homeland Security Investigations memo----Sen Charles Grassley said the oversight federal agency ICE identified key vulnerabilities in EB-5 visas:

1) Export of sensitive technology/economic espionage.

2) Use by foreign government agents/espionage.

3) Use by terrorists.

4) Investment fraud by regional center.

5) Investment fraud by investors.

6) Fraud conspiracies by investors and regional center.

7) Illicit finance/money laundering.

==================================================

Rodriquez is the fourth consecutive Cuban-American to hold the UCIS job. The first two, under the George W. Bush administration, were Eduardo Aguirre and Emilio Gonzalez, both born in Cuba. Rodriguez was born to then-recent Cuban emigrants in Brooklyn...a fact unreported by the media.

After serving as an assistant district attorney in Brooklyn (a state, not a federal position), Rodriquez moved to the U.S. attorney's staff in Pittsburgh, winding up as the first assistant there. He also was in private practice, and from 2007 through 2010 he was the County Attorney for Montgomery County, Md., a Democratic stronghold. He held political positions in the Obama Justice and DHHS departments before his current nomination.

According to reporting by Kenric Ward, Washington correspondent for WatchDog.org, Rodriguez' nomination faced Republican opposition for this position, as it did three years earlier when Obama nominated him to be head of the Wage-Hour Administration in the Labor Department, only to withdraw the nomination later.

Rodriguez was a board member of Casa Maryland---a latino-centric advocacy group---pushing for unlimited immigration, and has connections to nationwide immigrant groups.

=================================================

DO THIS NOW----CONTACT FBI TIPS PAGE---https://tips.fbi.gov

<><> Taxpayers demand Rodriguez, UCIS, the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, La Raza, and other tax-funded latino groups, be investigated--- supboena official filings, phone records, emails, snail mail copies, hard drives, bank accounts, checking accounts, credit cards, debit cards, wire transfers, social media contacts, and the like.

<><> TAXPAYERS demand to know who they're communicating with, and who is directing their activities.

<><> Taxpayers demand to know which members of these tax-funded groups belong to violent latino organizations advocating the overthrow of the US govt.

==============================================

Vote-crazed Obama bas been reduced to being a Third World flunky.....setting up the USA big time.....doing the bidding of the barbarians in exchange for votes.

Obama's lips are pressed firmly on the Turd World behind. Money is changing hands sub rosa....foreign aid, extortion, kickbacks, money-laundering are in the mix.

Obama's actions speak louder than words----the wholesale collusion and conspiring w/ the Turd World to facilitate the overthrow of the US govt:

<><>sending them our tax dollars and resources to help violate our borders,
<><>chartering buses and planes to dump them on unsuspecting towns,
<><> secret WH meetings to get more new Democrat voters across the border,
<><> registering the multiple identities w/ the DNC,
<><> giving barbarians free rides on the US gravy train (in exchange for votes).

Rand Paul's immigration speech
...The Republican Party must embrace more legal immigration.

Unfortunately, like many of the major debates in Washington, immigration has become a stalemate-where both sides are imprisoned by their own rhetoric or attachment to sacred cows that prevent the possibility of a balanced solution.

Immigration Reform will not occur until Conservative Republicans, like myself, become part of the solution. I am here today to begin that conversation.

Let's start that conversation by acknowledging we aren't going to deport 12 million illegal immigrants.

If you wish to work, if you wish to live and work in America, then we will find a place for you...

This is where prudence, compassion and thrift all point us toward the same goal: bringing these workers out of the shadows and into being taxpaying members of society.

Imagine 12 million people who are already here coming out of the shadows to become new taxpayers.12 million more people assimilating into society. 12 million more people being productive contributors.

Rand Paul calls on conservatives to embrace immigration reform
Latinos, should be a natural constituency for the party, Paul argued, but "Republicans have pushed them away with harsh rhetoric over immigration." ...he would create a bipartisan panel to determine how many visas should be granted for workers already in the United States and those who might follow... [and the buried lead] "Imagine 12 million people who are already here coming out of the shadows to become new taxpayers...

Is ACLU arguing that the Bill of Rights, particularly the legal counsel aspect of the 6th Amendment, applies to illegal immigrants? Based on the following excerpts from the 14th Amendment (14A), and also a Supreme Court case opinion which deals with 14A issues, I'm inclined to believe that the rights protected by the Bill of Rights don't necessarily apply to illegal immigrants.

Really, can anyone tell me what would be so terrible about militarizing the border? It would solve this crisis in a day to a week tops.

We’re so worried about protecting poor Mexicans while the American people rot. Really, people. We’re borrowing money to pay for Central American citizens.

Any reason we’re not at least just billing the Central American countries?

.

The Democrats (not the "bastard" Obama, mind you) KNOW that they're REALLY screwed.

Just wait until October 2014 ...

when all those "innocent" American school-kids are getting semi-lethal diseases from those "Trojan Horse" illegal alien "orphans" ...

and their parents and grand-parents are freaked-out over the sickness and hospital bills.

Those same parents and grandparents will want to "hang" the Democrat-RINO political whores who've spawned that medical nightmare.

This will be the political equivalent of the movie "There will be Blood".
