One of the greats. Facebook has a huge page devoted to this wonderful movie. It’s constantly being shown in Cinerama in Los Angeles.

“What is this? A staring contest?”

A Barrie Chase movie with Spencer Tracy and an assortment of other actors and actresses.

Men go crazy over Barrie Chase. Absolutely crazy. Stanley Kramer directed this classic with a great script by William Rose. I own a copy of the original script - which is twice as long.

Wild movie. Has a huge cult following as well. Right now fans are saving what’s left of the Big W - just stumps now. A fan was given permission to dig them out. He took it to his garage and is now doling out splinters of it to other fans. Not joking!

Jonathan Winter sees it first, I think.

Great movie, many scenes filmed in Long Beach, CA. I was just thinking of replacing my loaned-out-and-lost copy to show my grandkids, I think they would enjoy it!

Did the Clinton’s remove these trees at the same time they removed the “W”s from the White House keyboards?

I think it was Dorthy Provine who saw it first.

Yes. Hillary having no sense of humor, and disgusted with the treatment of the Ethel Merman character, secretly, along with Huma, uprooted these trees in the middle of the night. They then performed a Wicca Dance while Secret Service men stood by.
