A Threat Level IIA vest is not proof against rifle rounds — even with a trauma plate. Or, when in doubt, do head shots and ignore their vests. Sorry USDA thugs, you’re not bulletproof.
If you’re going to use a flamethrower, why should whether the “legality” matter or not? A crispy critter USDA thug is still a crispy critter whether it’s in one of the “legal” 40 states or not.
