How quickly they disappear when their story doesn’t “fit” the liberal narrative

If you’re not familiar with the names Kwasi Enin or Frazier Glenn Cross you’re in the vast majority. The liberal, agenda driven media doesn’t want you to know who these people are because what has made them noteworthy does not fit its narrative of life in America. One is young and Black the other old and White. They are examples of the best and the worst of our society.

Kwasi Enin is a perfect contradiction to everything the liberals say about the “virtues” of drug addicted, single, minority mothers raising children in crime ridden public housing.

Seventeen year old Kwasi Enin has accomplished an extraordinary academic feat. He scored so well on his SATs that he was accepted to every Ivy League school. The news was thrilling to anyone who...

It no longer astounds me that the Men Seeking Men media ignores stories like these.

It does, however, continue to astound me how many people on our side in the media lament and wail and gnash their teeth over how the media ignores these stories instead of talking these stories up themselves.

if Kwasi was white he would not have gotten accepted by all of them. Coach is wrong to count affirmative action bias as a success

I’m not sure there’s much point in doing so. The last thread about Kwasi Enin was quickly overrun with FReepers joyfully kicking him in the teeth.

When I worked in IT at T-Mobile, a number of people I worked with were black. Most of them were pretty typical of the education and knowledge of the rest of the team with only a few “apparent affirmative action” hires.

But what is fascinating is that of the former group, virtually all of them were not raised in the US, and EVERY SINGLE ONE of the latter group was raised in the US.

As I’ve said for decades, and this proves it to me, it is not skin color. It is culture.

That's because so called "Black culture" is a creation of the left that keeps the plantation in operation.

Look at George Washington Carver. He was actually born into slavery but didn't spend the rest of his life trying to be different. He and his contemporaries sought to be accepted as equal members of American culture.

Apparently Kwasi scored well without any preferential treatment or, in other words, on an objective basis. Affirmative Action occurs when someone who has lower scores is placed above higher scoring individuals based on his or her race. That doesn’t seem to have happened here.

In the earlier years of Affirmative Action, I know of instances where it worked against talented blacks. A mechanical engineer I worked with was held back by the supposition that he was only hired because of his race. Eventually his work spoke for itself but he did have to prove himself more than his fellow engineers due to that assumption. He finally made it to the top and started his own consulting group. Obama is certainly a sort of AA type as he was elected before his qualifications were examined. Same thing with his absurd Nobel Prize.

His “Up From Slavery” autobiography is an excellent way for young people to both acknowledge the wrongness of slavery and see what someone who truly sees himself as a self-accountable child of God can do, regardless of circumstances.
