We all want one. But I don’t think dunking a hot gun barrel in cool water is a good idea.

Yes. If the machine gun was lawfully registered and possessed before May 19, 1986, it may be transferred pursuant to an approved

You do require permit/license and tax. You are not required to be a dealer.

Class III are still legal but less and less are available.
Toys for very rich people.
Always wanted to buy a HK MP5 but I’ve more important things to think about.

Regular citizens can own select fire weapons. Requires the $200 tax stamp, background check, ATF Forms, signed off by Sheriff, etc. Could take months.

The real kicker is no new select fire weapons have legally been added to circulation since 1986. So they’re becoming very expensive. I think there’s even a couple of miniguns in this category. Last time one was up for sale it was running $250k.
