Methinks there are none transferable, courtesy of the Hughes Amendment. May he roast in the New Jersey section of hell.

Looks a lot like an MG42 with a new stock and improved belt feed: the hand lug for changing the barrel looks identical.

We all want one. But I don’t think dunking a hot gun barrel in cool water is a good idea.

If the alternative is either the gun being inoperative from overheating, or being overrun by whoever caused it to overheat, I would think I would dunk it.

(on a side note I guarantee there’s a whole bunch of swat teams just licking their chops wanting one of those so they can tote them to their no-knock parties too)

The bad news is that "Law Enforcement" is permitted to buy them and you get to pay the freight.

Thank you Ronnie Reagan.

It’s the accuracy that impresses me. It actually makes it worth putting a scope on it. What would be really cool is if they put image stabilization software into the scope that compensated for the repeatable fraction of barrel jump such that the image would hold where the barrel would return for the next shot. It would be a sort of feed-forward image control system that would augment the value of the scope considerably.

I'd settle for a trailer load of 22LR right now. :-(
With that I'd be able to trade for anything I want.

Amazing isn't it? It makes it smooth enough to be worth using a scope! That would save a LOT of ammo.

It sure as hell isn't spray and pray.

LOL....that is why I have a suppressed .22 Ruger. Great way to get crew served weapons without drawing attention. Just put your crosshairs on they eyesocket under the helmet. Oh...and AN PVS-7s and 14s WILL NOT stop a .22LR. Trust me.

I recently heard from a CLASS III dealer that in the case of the H&K MP5, the part that is registered is the auto sear. So you can actually own a brand new MP5 but the auto-sear has to be pre-1986.

Lots of times my lone PDW was a Beretta 70 or 71S .22 pistola with an ops incorporated can.....

...A few hundred sub sonic rounds treated with Paco Kelly’s assorted tools and a Ken Null rig was a warm and fuzzy road trip rig.

I’m a big fan of the .22 , suppressed as a working tool.

Stay safe !
