Washington D.C. (MMD Newswire) March 28, 2014 -- Douglas Vogt has lodged with the United States Supreme Court his compelling forensic evidence that the Birth Certificate of Barack Hussein Obama, II is indisputably a forgery.
That forensic evidence is contained in Vogt's 95 page Public and 75 page Sealed Affidavits. Barack Hussein Obama, II - at his White House Press Conference on April 27, 2011 - released his Birth Certificate to prove that he was Constitutionally-eligible to be President. The lodging of the Affidavits accompanied Vogt's filing of a Petition for Certiorari with the Supreme Court which has been assigned Case No: 13-1158. That Petition seeks review of the refusal of the Federal District Court to refer Vogt's Affidavits to a federal Grand Jury as required by Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, Rule 6(a).
Rule 6(a) states: "When the public interest so requires, the court must order that one or more grand juries be summoned." Vogt's Petition argues that there can be no higher "public interest" than the issue of whether Barack Hussein Obama, II, has foisted a forged Birth Certificate upon the Citizens of the United States. Accordingly, the Petition argues, the lower federal court has breached its Congressionally-imposed duty to "summon" a Grand Jury to hear Vogt's well-founded, forensic proof of the forgery of Obama's Birth Certificate.

Iirc the first two cases that reached the SCOTUS were not dismissed but used the courts variation of tabled so that they may be revisited at the courts discretion. One of them had the state SoS as the defendants which would probably have not been ruled in our favor as there is no place that they are assigned the job to vet. Don’t remember who the other had as defendants. Both should be O and the individual in the democrat party who put him up for nomination
Since it is now firmly established that this Administration neither respects, nor follows the Constitution, why would they follow its requirement in this case where it would be against their interests?
At every level there have been excuses used to not hear the case. What will it be this time? No standing again or some other excuse? No one seems able to get to the point of a court ordered discovery before trial.
Paperwork is so buried and falsified I wonder if that will even help? I hope I live long enough to learn the truth.

The Vogt case is the one in which Ms Fuddy was named as a defendant. IIRC, it came out sometime around October last year.
And we know what happened next to Ms Fuddy.
Unfortunately, by the time I got my printer working it was dark. I can report that from 10 feet away, at dusk, without my glasses, it looked a lot like some sort of official document.
So I am in agreement with the Courts, The Congress, my state election officials, and Team Obama. Why don't you folks join us? The BC is plenty good enough!

Not correct. That's not why "Obama" released whatever it was that he released. He is under no obligation to prove anything beyond what was submitted to or requested by the two Special Joint Sessions of Congress which met in January 2009 and January 2013.
There is one and only one forum designated and eligible to resolve this matter, and that forum has convened twice and ruled, without objection, that the man calling himself "Obama" was eligible and was in fact qualified and duly chosen to be President.
Unless this John Doe, whoever he really is, attempts to occupy his office beyond 12:01 PM on January 20, 2017, the matter is closed (as far as judicial processes are concerned).

It states right there in that affidavit “75 pages under seal”. Here we go again.
I, for one, am sick & tired of getting strung along. Make the evidence public & proceed with the actions. I predict another ‘doesn’t have standing’ declaration AND, if that’s the case, will the ‘75 pages’ be UN-sealed???

Dad who clerked for fed judge out of college has said all along that the premise, plaintiffs and defendant s must be correct for the court to rule. That has been the error from the beginning. SCOTUS only can check is the correct case is brought before them.
(He actually called the Gore case what laws it would be decided and what the vote of SCOTUS would be so I’m trusting his expertise again here)
I worry far less about whether BHO illegally became POTUS with a forged birth certificate than about him ending free elections and becoming dictator before 2016.
