Gov. Pence was tea party before there was a tea party. As a congressional representative from Indiana, he was among the most conservative congressmen in the country. I'd be surprised if he didn't sign, and can't fathom that he would ever veto these, even with the state's left-wing school admins lobbying against it.

Just for the sake of discussion, is a law such as SEA 169 even necessary?
I am all for less unnecessary laws..... and, believe me, we have PLENTY of those here in Texas.
