Military Spending Readiness To be Gutted Under Obama and Hagel

I'm mixed on this. It is precisely because of American promises to leap to the defense of most of Europe and half of the rest of the free world, that has enabled them to divert their own defense spending toward developing a large, gross social hammock. And while American taxpayers have been footing the bills for 50 years, American leftists have been salivating over the generous leftism among our allies. It's primarily the American navy the ensures safe sea lanes for the worlds shippers - at no charge.

We cannot continue taxing Americans to defend the world. We need to seriously reassess our relationships to determine who are our friends and who are our parasites. We are being lead by the least able representatives in ten generations.
