I'm so frustrated. I was on the phone with them for an hour today. I typed one number wrong in my husband's social security number, and it will not let me fix it. This has been going on since Thursday of last week. Yes, I tried starting over with a second account. It won't let me log into the the account. I know the password, but it says it is wrong. When I request the email to reset the password, I get the email, click the link, only to get a message that they could not process my request.

Don't worry KOmmie, the government will accept your payments anyway. Just send them a check or your credit card info.

Actually on Facebook I posted a photo of JFK visiting Miami on Nov. 18, 1963. And in the crowd is a person right near JFK who looks like my father. I do know he was there when JFK visited.

Anyone around here know if that is “an option” in this situation?

Pay? These are DUMMIES/KOMMIES. The word 'pay' is foreign to them. They have never paid for anything and their brain just stops and skips a beat when someone mentions "pay for it". Their brain does not comprehend that concept.

Go figure. You take people's insurance away and make it a legal mandate to buy new (more expensive and less beneficial) insurance, and some of them have the nerve to actually do so. That isn't "demand", that a captive audience.

As I understand it, failure to pay the Obamacare "tax" does not bring with it any of the legal consequences of not paying regular income tax.

So if you (as everyone should) set up your withholding so that you do not have a refund coming, you can just pay the balance due of your income tax without the Obamacare portion.

There's *something* fishy with the reporting by the MSM on the ObamaDeathCare enrollment fiasco. And that is not one case of a; Mickey Mouse, Adolph Hitler, Donald Duck, Fuk Yu, Dewey Chetum, Yu Tu-Lo, or even a Barry Soetoro 'enrolling'.

And you KNOW that some rapscallions will be doing that just for the fun of it, or just to f--k over a system set to crash if more than six computers try to log-on to those 'Commodore 64' servers & 'IBM Compatible' software we spent $20 Gazillion Dollars on.

Not that I would do that mind you. That would just be 'wrong' ;-).

I don't know how the 4th would work its way in (unreasonable search & seizure and warrants)? But on the 5th you're pretty much screwed - IRS Tax Courts are basically above the Law so they can 'deprive you' of almost anything they want. And self-incrimination won't fly either.

But what *may work* and is almost never used in Fed Courts for some odd reason -- so a Judge might let it proceed -- is the 9th Amendment which reads:

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

In short, the Bill of Rights doesn't encompass the only Rights we have. So just because a Right isn't listed, noted, and or delineated, doesn't mean; We Don't Have It.

And from there I'm sure some sharp lawyer could come up with a score of arguments of why and how its your Right not to sign that form. And with a Jury of your Peers, I'm pretty confident that the way its going now with ObamaDeathCare, they'd find in your favor

4/5 invocation would be post-filing, not a pre-emptive assertion. I don’t know how mcuh court work has been done using 4 and/or 5 as a defense to charges vis-a-vis a pre-emptive assertion (defiant position versus a defensive position).

I ain’t no lawyer and consider the Constitution to be written so that any intelligent citizen can understand it.

On second thoght, maybe that’s the problem?
