Uh...firing at the back of a van full of kids as it drives away, knowing there’s a chance you could kill any one of those kids you’re shooting at, is wrong, it’s pure evil...it’s thug mentality.
If they were in direct danger from a bad guy trying to hurt them, fine, shoot the bad guy, but to shoot at a van full of kids strikes me as being the behavior of a third-world dictatorship, where life isn’t valued.

That is waaay too harsh.
However, handcuffing them around a stop sign, nude (well, leave their panties on ‘em) and make sure their hat is well attached before leaving. After all, passers by shouldn't have to guess as to their exalted social role.

He probably thinks the cops should have flown a drone over her van and taken them out with a missile.
That way, the cops would go home safely and no one would be threatened outside of the van of felonious children who were shot at...
