I was wondering about that. Most of these folks can’t afford that kind of cash up front.
There will be a whole financing business of Obamacare loans. Kind of like they do with tax refunds now but much more widespread.

When these people find out even with the “taxpayer funded subsidies” they have to pay $100 to $300 per person for health care when they are used to paying $0 it will not be pretty!
And that $100-$300 is a monthly fee, which does not include the actual deductible most around $2500.00 per year AND a 60/40 cost split with over $10,000.00 out of pocket per year!
Oh, and wait until they find out that Uncle Sam has access to their BANKS ACCOUNTS to automatically withdraw the funds for their medical bills! LOL!
