Yes I do.
Whats changed everything is the Tea Party. Bohner can't get anything passed without them. The alternative is to look to the Rats to help him and he's smart enough to know that will kill the Pubs in 2014.

Pressure goes up enough and his moderates will be begging him to give in.If he does that will end the Pub party as a potential majority party. Tea Party voters will vote 3rd party, or not at all. Bohner understands.

Bohner understands. ‘ I understand why its ‘in’ to say that right now but Newts example explains why a cave CR after a shutdown will result in a incentive to spin it as a big conservative victory anyway.

Watching one poor haplesss Republican try to make it through a CBS interview with Scheifer (Face the Nation) he was asked :
“
Is there anything that can be done to avoid a shutdown right now?’ My answer would have been:
“Yes, you in the media need to start calling on Obama and Reid to come back to work and negotiate with Republicams. As long as you keep on enabling them they will be emboldened to shut down the government”
Maybe a reason they get so confused is they really want a shutdown as some here are calling for, makes it hard to fight back and argue that they dont
