We know that the regime has been spying on reporters. How have they responded to that?
If a kid says straight-out to a teacher that they are being abused at home it is very unlikely that they really are. The kids who are being abused are more likely to deny it emphatically - because the threat is real. The lock-step silence of the media suggests to me that they know the thugs have made good on that threat...
Breitbart died less than 5 hours after the one obstacle to his reporting on Obama’s documentation problem was removed - he spoke with Sheriff Arpaio and found that there was ample evidence of fraud, to initiate a criminal investigation. Breitart had been in a very public spat with Joseph Farah over the issue and had said that he wasn’t gonna delve into the story because there isn’t enough evidence and no way to get evidence that would be enough. Breitbart called up Arpaio to ask about the evidence the day before Arpaio was to have his press conference - presumably to find out whether it would be worth covering the event. Breitbart told Arpaio that his evidence was good. Less than 5 hours later Breitbart dropped dead on the sidewalk in a death where the coroner didn’t even check for the most likely covert method of assassination in the autopsy report, which came out 3 days after a technician in the coroner’s office was very visibly poisoned with arsenic while medical personnel ignored his suspicions and the cops lied about the case and refused to even look for what would have been the easy-to-find murderer who did the poisoning. All this overshadowed the Arpaio press conference. No major media outlet reported the actual evidence Arpaio’s posse presented at that presser.
And the same day as Breitbart died and Arpaio held his presser, Rush Limbaugh - the other big, independent (enough) voice who could have carried the story - received a package that referred to 2 famous assassinations, which his team regarded as a bomb threat.
Doug Hagman has a signed statement by one of the on-air personalities who was told in a meeting with the head of his media company that if he or any of his guests mentioned Obama’s documentation problem he would lose his job and the lives of him and his loved ones were questionable. Glenn Beck reportedly left Fox because Fox refused to provide security for his secretary who was receiving threats daily (that was when Beck was hammering Obama’s communist and Islamist roots after first mocking the “birthers” in response to callers who tried to press the issue and force him to address it on air). I had inside information about why Hagman went quiet on the story, which I passed on to Mike Zullo of the Cold Case Posse. He confirmed to me that Hagman’s source that we were worried about had fled the country in fear for her life and the life of her child. And he said they knew of others also.
Michael Hastings was investigating John Brennan when he died in suspicious circumstances - in what Wesley Clarke(?) said looked like it could have been a cyber attack on his Mercedes, which Hastings had earlier that night told a neighbor that he suspected was rigged. John Brennan was the head of the company that oversaw the 3 breaches to Obama’s passport file, which sources close to the investigation said was to sanitize the record.
When somebody gets close to the players on this issue, bad stuff happens.
My husband’s van had the sheathing on the wiring next to the engine cut (or decay uniformly all at once) the day after I was put in contact with Lt Col Terry Lakin’s defense team, to use my evidence of law-breaking by the HDOH in order to overcome the presumption of regularity.
When the Kansas AG was dealing with a ballot challenge in 2012 (a challenge that was eventually withdrawn because the objector feared for his family after the threats he received) the KS Democratic Party chair made public comments calling the questions crazy and I noted on my blog that she had received a letter from Larry Klayman pointing out that the HDOH had effectively confirmed that the HI BC is legally non-valid. Somebody didn’t like my comment and submitted on my blog a comment to me saying that I would be put in jail over this, followed by another comment saying that he/she had helped to create the forgery but resistance is futile because the FBI knows they did it and will protect them. Shortly after that my daughter’s radiator hose had a puncture that appeared to be from the outside; there was nothing for it to abrade against and the quality and integrity of the hose was good. When a very capable hacker helped to try to find out who this poster was, the hacker found gates to hide the location of the poster and when he got close to finding out the real location he hit a tripwire that had been set up; his computer was fried so badly that he couldn’t get it working the last I knew. He gave up on pursuing because he was convinced that we were dealing with somebody very serious and feared for his life.
The kicker on that: months later, as I was typing up an affidavit about this stuff to give to the Lincoln Police Department to report Bob Bauer’s election fraud and misprision of perjury, I C&P’ed the Wordpress email notification of this poster’s attempted post. There was a link to this person’s on-line identity. When I read through the affidavit a week or two later to proofread it, that link was gone from the C&P and in its place was a notification that the on-line identity of that person had been deleted. This person had gone months without deleting the on-line identity (and he used it in multiple settings, including a very interesting, immediate comment about stupid “birthers” in response to the Bin Laden assassination) yet within a week or so of my C&P-ing his online identity in an affidavit that only I knew I was working on (in Word, one of the programs Snowden says can be breached in real time, IIRC), he deleted that online identity.
There’s a bunch more that could be said. For instance, right now my cursor is floating across the screen. I’m obviously not even touching my cursor right now. This happens frequently, along with other stuff like critical emails being stolen (not delivered to Mike Zullo even though I could send to somebody else and somebody else could send to Zullo. I got a notification supposedly from the internet provider saying that the email address was no longer in service - right before a colleague forwarded the email to that exact same address...)
See, the NSA spying, which Snowden says allows them to view what we’re typing in real time, and the stuff that Sharyl Attkisson reported about her computer turning itself on and off (which I’ve also experienced) is not just all in good fun. They do this stuff because they want to stop and/or intimidate people who are getting too close to a truth they need to stay hidden. I’ve said for a long time that Obama’s documentation problems have been blown off because of the crimes that have been committed by those who know it is serious. And THAT is the story that I believe is critical. This issue has always been about the mafia that controls our entire system, including the media. And as long as that mafia controls the system and media, NO ISSUE - no matter how serious and treasonous, such as Benghazi and the allegations coming from Egypt right now, of Obama paying 8 billion to Morsi to have innocent Egyptians killed so Hamas could take over the areas close to Israel - will go anywhere at all. We are literally living under a coup, and that is why none of the checks and balances, rule of law, law enforcement, courts, media, etc are working the way they are supposed to; Obama is running roughshod over it all because he’s got control over everything using the same methods the mafia always uses to get control.
There is way, way more that I could say but don’t have the time to say right now. Suffice to say that I believe these thug methods ARE being used, because I’ve seen them first-hand, although I can’t prove who did them. And I believe what both Hagman and Zullo have said regarding the media folks: the ones who are open-minded enough to see what’s going on are too scared to speak except in confidence.
The Hastings death was meant to appear suspicious so it would silence anybody thinking about picking up where Hastings left off. Just like the Cormier death (the tech in the coroner’s office who was blatantly poisoned with arsenic 3 days before the Breitbart autopsy was to come out). It’s the same reason that Sharyl Attkisson’s computer did blatant stuff like turn itself on and off and bang around in the night: in order to intimidate her into silence. If they only wanted to spy on her they would have hidden their breach of her computer; revealing the breach was for intimidation purposes, just like a LOT of stuff has been done for intimidation purposes, including some stuff I can’t say here.
After all, until our founding, the relationship between people and their governments mostly defaulted to tyranny.
BUT historically, we in this country as a free people, when threatened by the enemies of liberty, always combined our strengths, fought hard and Ultimately prevailed.
Now, all I see are self serving cowards, they are exposed, clearly visible and no one with the power to do anything will act... Where are the leaders? Where are the heroes?

That’s why they have to spy on us, demoralize us, screw up our computers, make it so difficult to earn a living and pay our taxes that we’ve got little time for resistance, sandbag our lawful resistance efforts such as the Tea Party, ridicule us in the media and tell law enforcement and military that we are the enemy, stock up ammunitions and tanks against us, disarm us, and keep putting up gossip candy like the Kardashians to distract the more stupid among us.
In Egypt the hobbits learned that Obama paid 8 billion to have Morsi kill innocent Egyptians so that Hamas could take over portions of Egypt close to Israel, and freedom-loving peoples of all religious persuasions (except sharia-minded Muslims) rose to the occasion and protested en masse, and their military ousted the leader who committed treason against his country.
His accomplice in the United States is out golfing and planning to bomb the secular government of Syria which Obama’s covertly-US-armed, literal-heart-eating, Christian-beheading allies have framed as using chemical weapons. The American people are mostly fine with him arming and paying the bad guys to kill innocent Egyptians and Syrians, although when asked directly 91% oppose Obama’s proposed bombing - practically an anonymous verdict, by US standards. Those who are disturbed enough with it to actually try to stop it (and get rid of the treasonous and/or foreign enemy combatant who’s taken over the country and joined the terrorist team) are being held at bay by Eric Holder who blocks criminal investigations and Congress which blocks any other kind of investigation.
I think if we want the system to fear us as they should we need to have the courage, interest, and self-respect that the Egyptians have shown. Apathy is our greatest enemy and the regime has been poisoning us with it just as surely as if they had put sarin everywhere.
If the IRS is going to hold up the Tea Party with paperwork we need to start doing the same stuff as before only not using the Tea Party label. We need to protest in front of our Congress members’ offices and in DC. We need to flood their offices with phone calls, emails, faxes, and letters. We need to hold signs in front of their faces every time they appear in public. We need to do this not to the leaders but to the timid people trying to hide in the back corner while the country is raped and devastated before their very eyes. We’re not asking them to be heroes; we’re only asking them to not cower in the corner when everything we love is trashed by lawless thugs wearing fancy suits.
We need to draw up an itemized Declaration of Independence. They’re trying to overwhelm us by doing so much tyranny that we can’t confront each item one by one. We need to draw up a list that clearly shows the lawlessness and wrongs of this government, and we need to plaster it everywhere and present it to every member of Congress. We need 1776. As then, the leadership today will have to come from among the hobbits.

Good ideas, I am sure there are many citizens who stand ready to pledge themselves and their sacred honor but we need our motor to have a camshaft with proper timing. The cylinders must work together as one.

Agreed. We need people with connections who know how to network. I am not a people person at all. Research and analysis is my thing.
Glenn Beck understands the bigger picture, I think. I wonder if there are people in his organization who have (or could make) connections. I wonder if they would be able to work with somebody like Ted Cruz, Sarah Palin,Rush Limbaugh, etc, who have credibility with conservatives and could motivate the base while people behind the scenes do the legwork of putting it together and making the connections.
But even at that, somebody would have to get Beck’s attention to try to put something together, and that’s not something the peons like me can do either.

Actually the original one provides an excellent start. History seems to repeat itself.
He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good. CHECK.

Ted Cruz would be the ideal person to have on our side but up till now, he is conducting his political efforts as though he himself is eligible. ie. trips to Iowa and New Hampshire. The constitutional eligibility phrase "Natural Born Citizen" has yet to leave his lips.

IMHO, at this point, it is Beck and others in positions of influence and power who need to find the courage and sound the alarm. We have communicated with them through letters emails and phone calls. We listen... Our eyes and ears are open. WE post daily and discuss every single word they utter on the issue. They know we are here. It is their move.

I think we’ve been betrayed not just by this foreign enemy combatant but by the entire system. I think we need to hold the feet to the fire for the entire system which allowed and enabled these betrayals. Obama didn’t get all those czars without Congress allowing it and funding them. The czars have power because Congress doesn’t challenge them. Obama gets away with acts of war on other countries because the courts won’t allow anybody to challenge the Constitutionality of his acts of war, and because Congress won’t impeach him over it. Etc.
The whole system is broken. I think instead of b!tching about it to each other as I’m so prone to do, it might be more helpful if we actually enumerated what is causing our great distress and discontent. Exactly why do we feel like we’ve lost our country? How was the system supposed to protect us and how did it betray us instead?
I think we need to sort this out and state it concisely so that everybody’s short memory gets a clear picture rather than being overwhelmed by the constant onslaught against freedom and the Constitution.

Beck is stuck on the eligibility issue. People called in to his show to try to force the issue, not realizing he had been told by the head of his media company that if anybody was able to get past his screeners to talk about this, he, his family, his secretary, his co-workers, etc could end up like Breitbart or Hastings. He responded in a way to protect the people close to him. And since then the only way he could turn around on this issue is if he took back all the stuff he had done in self-defense, which he probably thought would cost his credibility.
But he did recognize that Obama got into power through a communist-Islamist coup, and since that was not forbidden to him that is what he tried to educate the public about. He found that the beast wouldn’t be appeased by just ridiculing the “birthers”. Once you give in to the beast that beast will stop you from saying ANYTHING that could actually make a difference. He received threats regarding his talk about Obama’s Islamist and communist connections. He got bodyguard protection for himself and his family but Fox would not provide protection for his secretary who was receiving threats and intimidation daily. For her sake and for the freedom to report independently he left Fox and started his own company.
Beck knows the birthers are right. But he thinks he can’t correct himself without losing his credibility. Unfortunately, by arguing that the “birthers” are crazy to suggest that conspiracies could be real, he shot himself in his own foot because now his own words condemn him when he tries to report the truths that nobody else will touch. He is hoist on his own petard. The way out of that and the way for him to regain credibility is by coming clean and reporting the threats made to him and others. At this point it would mean he and his family would have to live in Russia just like Edward Snowden...
Darn. I’m getting really tired. I’ll have to think more about this when my mind is fresh.
I should say that I don’t know that Beck got himself bodyguard protection but sources said that he knew he could protect himself and his family but couldn’t protect his secretary or others. I know he wore a bullet-proof jacket when he sponsored that big rally. I don’t know what other protections he provided himself and his family. The point, though, is that he didn’t want to put people at risk, which is also why Doug Hagman dropped his story about the media being threatened. People were genuinely fearful for their lives - as we know by the Kansas ballot objector who withdrew the objection because of threats made to him and his family, and as we know from Zullo who confirmed that at least one of Hagman’s sources that he wanted to protect has fled the country in fear for her life and the life of her child.

You are a hero. I agree. We need a drawn up statement and a way to get it viral. Hate to say this but we need a celebrity to get max attention.
Have you read David Limbaugh’s book? I haven’t but based on what others have said about it I’m wondering if it could provide sort of an outline of the lawless acts of Obama which have been allowed and enabled by the broken system. And Nachum, haven’t you been keeping a list of the garbage that’s been going on since Obama’s been in office? Could that be used to refresh and focus our minds so we can clearly state what it is that leads us to believe the country has basically been lost?
I feel the same way about the nation as I feel about all the projects I need to get done on my house. There is too much; it is paralyzing. I can’t even remember all the stuff I need to do. This is part of the game plan to demoralize us; throw so much at us, so fast that we can’t keep up and give it up as hopeless. We mustn’t do that. We need to make a list so we and everybody else can see and remember the crimes of the current government. And we need to include links to the information because we need even the ignoramuses to fully understand the reality of what we’re pointing out.
Do you think if we started a thread we could get people to pitch in toward this project? Maybe if we created categories to help people organize their thoughts?

He should not do it alone..... No one should... We need to amass as many people who were threatened as we can find. Put them in one group. That group would form a powerful coalition and make a coordinated announcement at one time revealing the threats....
Speaking with one voice at one time, would be very powerful. reduce the danger of violence and put Obummer and his minions on the defensive.
There is no way that the Godless evil doers could carry out their threats without looking guilty to all.
