Conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh on Monday said “privately, there are a lot of Democrats” that tell him they would “love to be able to stop Obamacare.”
“Folks, let me tell you something,” he began during his radio show. “You know, privately there are a lot of Democrats that tell me that they are just distressed over what Obama has done to the health care industry and to jobs.
They are afraid to say anything about it because of recriminations, because this regime fights back. I mean, this regime does not take internal criticism at all, just like they try to eliminate all conservative opposition.”
Limbaugh also said “it could be curtains” for any member of the Democratic Party who decides to go public with the “slightest disagreement or problem with what Obama’s doing” to the health care industry.
“I have a lot of Democrats privately telling me they would love to be able to stop Obamacare, but that they know they don’t have the votes in the Senate, and I just want to get that out there,” he added. “It’s not new. I mean, I’ve been hearing about this from Democrats for a couple of years now.”

There is a report today that the AFL-CIO has just declared Open Season to fire away at Obamacare.
The result will likely be the waiver they’ve been coveting.

I remember listening to Hannity back when Commiecare was on the verge of being passed. He had Jim DeMint on, and asked him why the ‘rats were determined to pass such a sorry piece of legislation. DeMint suggested they were so star-struck or so in thrall to Obama that they could not see the bill for what it was. I think they were scared into passing it by Obama’s goons.

He is just mocking obama, who keeps saying Republicans are telling me privately.

I find it interesting that over the past few years the GOPe is devolving into a man with a blank face (perhaps should replace the elephant symbol), the Dem party is devolving into the sister party of the Argentine/Zimbabwe governments, the American journalism profession has devolved into a volunteer propaganda industry, Pravda has evolved into a 21st century conservative information source, and popular entertainment for young Americans has devolved into burlesque for those of low IQ.
Meanwhile, among the few winners is the NRA which, despite relentless and total derision in common media, has held its own and continues to gain incremental victories climbing a very steep and rough mountain of opposition.

I have been wondering lately if all these waivers/carve outs, etc could be challenged in court as being unconstitutional? There would be plenty of “standing” it would seem to me. If it could be declared unconstitutional then all those folks and organizations would be thrown into O Care and they would raise holy hell causing the death of the law thru repeal.
