Don’t sell the welfare recipients short. I bet more than a few of them work under the table.
One of the biggest attributer to the explosion in food stamp usage is most americans were living pay check to pay check before the recession. In a lot of these cases it was a case of not saving rather buying whatever, houses they could not afford, new cars, borrowing for education or just to support an expanded life style. When the downturn came i.e. medium household income has fallen 6% since 2007 in the face of inflation on necessities, specifically gasoline and food, there was no way to make up the difference. Bozo has not been able to turn it around and worse his policies are promoting a further decrease in income along with higher costs for medical and taxes for instance.
His way out, start a war with Syria and try to get one going across the entire world to take the eye away from his failures domestically. With is track record of failure, don’t look for us to be successful on the battle front either.
Dont sell the welfare recipients short.
I dont sell them short...I give credit where credit is due and if they do work and or have financial means & collect they are real scum bags and I don’t consider that selling them short.
Just calling a spade a spade,(I love that term, need to revitalize it)
In my area I’d say MOST of them work under the table. Gubberment programs cover all the overhead very well and work under the table for cash pays for the extras. There is a huge underground economy of untaxed money and goods and it isn’t with people who are getting a 1099 or a W-2.
