See? If you surrender your weapon (under threat of coming down on your sorry ass with all the power that the City of NY and Mayor Bloomberg can exercise) , it cannot be confiscation!
Now, who are you gonna believe? Us or them paranoid rednecks from the NRA?

They keep forgetting we’re not the dimwits that put another dimwit in office. We dont fall for that crap like they do.

“They went down the rain gutter after Hurricane Sandy.”
“They’ve been sent to my Mohawk relatives in Quebec.”
“My car was broken into, in Greenwich, CT., and they were stolen.”
In CA, you’d better make sure you “lost” them before the legislation was passed making it a crime to not report that loss officially...

Same thing in MA. You must report the loss. Wind up in possession of a lost firearm...1 year in jail. Mandatory. No boating accidents possible here.
Granted, when it gets bad enough/time for the lost ones to come out, you’re probably not going to spend a lot of time thinking about the consequences of that find while you’re pulling the trigger!
