In the past, prostitutes were not allowed on bases. They were located at clubs off bases. But, with recent DOD rules, anybody visiting brothels could be prosecuted for human trafficking and other offenses.

I think the most effective solution would be to have an all-male, homosexual-free military. But, that is not going to happen.

Barring that, I think training which emphasizes respect for the opposite sex and separate living and bathing facilities is the only way to reduce the incidence of sexual assault. However, the military already does that, so I don’t see what the big fuss is all about then. If during IGs, commanders are found to be not enforcing the law, these commanders than could be relieved of command and subject to punishment under the UCMJ.

There are already numerous mechanisms available to any member of the military to bring command negligence and abuse to light. The fact is that the Obamites and their legion of homofeminazis are hell bent on stripping authority away from those placed in command and placing it in the hands of lawyers and administrators more concerned with pushing a social engineering agenda than maintaining unit cohesion and combat readiness.

This whole issue over sexual assaults against women in the military is a huge smoke screen to further erode our military, along with allowing females to serve in combat arms and special operations roles.
