I don't know what planet these critics belong on, but that young lady has just about all the bases covered in the super-fox milieu. And if you think there's any one of them who looks that stunning without a skillfully applied layer of warpaint, you're out of your mind.
Minus their carefully crafted enhancement-layer of makeup, virtually all super-hotties are pretty average looking (from the neck up, that is).

The Tatars ruled and/or raided Muscovy/Russia/Ukraine from 1225 till the early part of the 18th century. They were not at all shy about sharing their genetic heritage with the natives.
I suspect a LOT of "pure Russians" have an admixture of Tatar blood.

There is racial prejudice among Russians between Aryan looking ones who claim Viking ancestry, and southern Russians who are mostly dark haired and are often called the N-word by the former.
But I have seen blond Russians with blue eyes that are almond shaped at the corners, a quality called “Tatar eyes”.

The “Russian Race” is more mixed than most. Scythians from the Black Sea area, Viking “Rus” and Finnish tribes from the north, Slavic tribes from the steppes, and plenty of blood (in more ways than one) from the invasions by several Mongol (aka Tatar) invasions and occupations. This mixing produces some of the most beautiful women on the planet.
The “Rus” who were originally invaders who came into what we now call Russia were most likely the Varangian subset of the Vikings that crossed the Baltic Sea from what we now call Sweden.
