Instead of paying taxes next year I'm going to not pay and #pleadthe5th then say "I don't recall what happened" just like they're doing.

Of all the scandals the Obama administration is currently juggling, some theorize that the IRS’ targeting of its political enemies could do the most damage. After all, no other organization seems to have such unchecked power to intimidate and harass the average American, not to mention the arrogance to match. Wasn’t there some political figure that said he filed his taxes electronic but there was some problem and they were never received by the IRS and he was trying to blame it on Turbotax?
Whether Rich is serious or not, would be a good movement to get going and just overwhelm the system with threats.

Other catch phrases, (commonly used by our Tyrannical, Central, Semi-Communist, Federal Government), are as follows:
“I must make sure that it (being taxed) never happens again.”
“I have no knowledge of what you are talking about.”
“I cannot respond until all the facts have been gathered.”
“I’m sorry.”
“Mistakes were made.”
“It would be illegal for me to reply until the Investigation is completed.”
“I will not interfere with an on-going investigation.”
And of course, my personal favorite: “What difference does it make after all this time?”
BTW, this just might, could become the words to a GREAT Country Song!

Hey, it will take someone with ba**s to counterattack the tactics of IRS and be in their face about it. It will cost him with lawyers - but I’m sure he’s willing to put country before money. Very few are. What could the IRS’s lawyers defense - you can’t do that?

What if “it” was code for “FILE A LATE AS POSSIBLE, FEDERAL PERSONAL INCOME TAX EXTENSION RETURN?
After all, “ we must wait until all the facts have been gathered,” and here it is almost June and I am STILL getting tax documents to send to Tyrant Obama’s IRS Tax and Punishment Agency.
BTW, in this manner, our tax dollars might even arrive about the same time as the Central, Semi-Communist, Federal Borrow and Spending Plan for the next fiscal year is finally approved for the first time in 5 years.
Since Congress takes 5 years to come up with a Borrow and Spending Plan, then we should follow their fine example and get a 5 year extension on payment of our personal Federal Income Taxes.
