Make no mistake Obama is the person responsible for the IRS lawbreaking, not some low-level rogue bureaucrats. Please dont tell me that there is no evidence that Obama personally ordered the IRS to harass conservative and religious groups. He didnt have to give a direct order any more than Nixon had to give one when he got impeached for the same crime. Obama, by his own admission, is the visionary for everything that happens on his watch, and his vision is a very different one than most Americans have of their country. No matter where you work, everyone knows what the boss wants. The boss never has to explicitly order anything, because even if his direction is not understood with a wink and a nod, hes more likely to communicate his intentions through the corporate culture and values he himself exhibits. Obama has made it clear that conservatives, Tea Partiers, and Republicans are the enemy. He has never acknowledged their legitimacy, even after the 2010 mid-term elections, and he never misses an opportunity to demonize them. Any IRS manager would view this as a green light to punish those who disagreed with the Chosen One. This is the man who promised to fundamentally change America, and he has done his best to force-fit that change. What change was he talking about? Changing us from a Constitutional republic to a Marxist state. There is no point in mincing words that is, and has always been, precisely his goal. Obamas allies in the media have been adept at hiding who he really is a Marxist revolutionary although it has been very evident to those that have been paying attention.
So what now? This is government corruption and lawlessness, pure and simple. The Obama administration simply can't be trusted to follow our own laws and the Constitution, and if they can't be trusted to do that, they have no legitimacy. We understand that the facetiously-called Justice Department is investigating. If that doesnt strike you as equal parts laughable and scandalous, then you are really out of touch. You mean the same Justice Department that illegally sold guns to Mexican drug cartels that have killed scores of people, just so they could justify more gun control laws? You mean the same Justice Department that refused to prosecute a Black Panther for an obvious case of voter intimidation? You mean the same Justice Department that virtually ignores Democrat voter fraud and even protects it by striking down state laws intended to eliminate it? We would trust that Justice Department as much as we would trust former police officer Drew Petersen to investigate domestic violence. If the Republicans have any guts, they would impeach Obama and prosecute all those who had any part in using political power to punish freedom-loving Americans. And while theyre at it, they should ignore the medias almost-certain call for moving past this issue quickly. There can be no mitigation, when those who govern attempt to intimidate and silence the opposition contrary to the First Amendment. Every person who speaks out or writes a column like this one already knows they have reason to fear retaliation. As Thomas Jefferson said, When the people fear their government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty. This is America, not a third-world dictatorship, no matter how much Obama admittedly wishes it were.
Isn’t it interesting that you only post your own material?

What were the votes for and against in the House regarding Nixon’s impeachment?
Playing the IRS card: Six presidents who used the IRS to bash political foes
I've often asked for 40 years, "What did Nixon do that other presidents did not also do?"
As for using the IRS.. the articles of impeachment used the word endeavored.. Nixon endeavored to use the IRS. That damn tape. Again. He talked about it but did he get the IRS to go along? If he did why didn't the articles of impeachment say Nixon used the IRS?
Even in the article I mentioned it quoted the tapes of Nixon talking about it but when it came to proving it they again use the word endeavor; to wit, Nixon "endeavoured to obtain from the Internal Revenue Service, in violation of the constitutional rights of citizens, confidential information contained in income tax . . . ."
The six presidents Coolidge, FDR, Kennedy, Nixon, Clinton, and of course BUSH!
So even if Nixon ordered the IRS to deliver to him in the White House the 100-million or so punch cards containing tax information it was only information he wanted.. he did not sick the IRS on anyone.
Not sure what your problem is humblegunner. I READ other peoples’ posts, I POST my own. Am I supposed to post someone else’s work? I haven’t made a post in 2 1/2 months, but I’ve been a regular reader on this site. If I’ve broken a rule, say so. If not, then comment on my post or submit one of your own. But stick to the purpose of this site and stop harassing me.
Is he one who posts his own stuff, then doesn’t respond to comments? I hate that.
OK, I see he at least responded to you.
"Supposed to"?
Well, have a look, better than 90% of the posts here are
articles that a poster found and considered interesting.
That indicates a poster wishing to share information.
Others only post their own material.
Most of that is garbage but ALL such postings indicate self-promotion.
In all the whole wide-assed world, the only stuff you want to post is your own?
Yeah.
KGB ? Kenyan Gone Bad.
Good post. Your comments are spot on. It is the regime of a tyrant.
Good one!
Gunner, the guy posted the full text of his article here, so what’s your beef?
Guido, I like your article a lot, and appreciate the fact that you shared the whole thing with the Freeper community right here.
Humble’s just obsessed with bloggers. Period.
Oh, and I clicked through to your blog site anyway. Thanks.
