In a unusual rare move, the Alabama Democratic Party has submitted a amicus brief in the McInnish Goode v Chapman Appeal case. The reason being is most likely because the Alabama Supreme Court has Chief Justice Roy Moore presiding over it. He supported Lt. Col. Terry Lakin during his court martial. Another worry for them is another justice named Tom Parker. He once opined in a prior McInnish case:
"McInnish has attached certain documentation to his mandamus petition, which, if presented to the appropriate forum as part of a proper evidentiary presentation, would raise serious questions about the authenticity of both the “short form” and the “long form” birth certificates of President Barack Hussein Obama that have been made public."
This has reasons for the Alabama Democratic Party to be alarmed. In the amicus brief, the Alabama Democratic Party attacked the merits of the appeal, calling the evidence submitted by McInnish “inadmissible and not worthy of belief” and stated:
"A county sheriff from Arizona is not an “official source” of anything in Alabama."
One thing that stands out in the amicus brief filed, specifically on page 33 is something new. It's a Barack Obama long form birth certificate that has a different backing, something not seen before. It's not the normal security paper backing that the Hawaii Dept. Of Health has been using. It is raising a lot of questions that even has Obama supporters baffled. If they couldn’t find any proof in the last 6 years, what are the chances they could now? If the Clintons’ couldn’t find anything, what makes you think rank amateurs could?

The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office Cold Case Posse are not amateurs Nick. They have found proof that Obama’s long form birth certificate and selective service registration has been forged.
If Hillary had any proof, you don’t she would have pulled the trigger early in the primary?
They may be great at law enforcement, but at digging up dirt on people, they are amateurs compared to the Clintons.
He could rule the Country from a jail cell just fine as long as he promises to keep giving stuff away to all the leechs.
Those documents being forged do not prove he was born outside the U.S. There are many possible reasons for that. If the President was born somewhere else, shouldn't all these people searching for it, found some tangible proof by now? It's hard for me to imagine they wouldn't have by now.
First, there is no dispute that Presient Obama's birth was publicly announced in the local Honolulu newspaper in 1961.
No, it appeared on the questionable microfilm roll that magically disappeared.
I think the Clinton’s know everything about 0bama, but just like the rest of this country, are afraid to do anything that may actually get rid of this cancer.
Of course proof of that has been found, along with a phony Social Security number. But it doesn't matter a whit unless the gonads are found to press forward with impeachment and removal of the UIC (Usurper in Chief).
Is it legal for a presidential candidate to present false documentation of his/her eligibility to run for and hold the office of POTUS?
At some point Justice Moore will receive an offer he really can’t refuse. The case will suddenly end with a peremptory dismissal and harsh words from the judge for the plaintiffs.
