Benghazi: The Cover-up Continues

Secretary of State John F. Kerry just wishes that Congress would stop asking him silly questions about the September 11 murders in Benghazi. Rather than release any facts he continued the obfuscation of the truth that the Obama Administration will be known for. He chastised members of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, insisting that all State Department Officials have testified and all documents were made available to Congress, less testimony from the survivors of the murderous attacks, of course. When pressed to provide a better accounting of events he told Congress “I do not want to spend the next year coming up here talking to you about Benghazi.” Secretary Kerry relayed the Administration’s mantra to House Republicans when he suggested “Let’s put this behind us.”

Mr. Kerry believes that Congress already has all of the information to which it is entitled, given that Regime officials have already testified. Congressman Ed Royce R-CA pointed out that the Administration may be “attempting to stonewall the progress ” to get the facts behind the Benghazi murders. The Congressman believes his staffers are being deliberately ignored by the Administration. So much for transparency.

Congressman Dana Rohrabacher R-CA hit a nerve when he suggested

The Republicans need to get off their collective asses and follow up on this. Why are we paying them to be nothing but props for the Democrats?

If anything the events since the 2010 Congressional elections demonstrate the Republicans dance to the same puppeteer as the Democrats. They only play a slightly different role as the pretend opposition in the farcical play that has been carefully crafted by the elites for our entertainment.

A bridge too far I’m afraid. Republicans are just there to watch the game being played. Mere spectators in the grandstands, albeit with good seats close to the field.

IMO, the spineless, gutless Republicans are too busy looking for their gonads with both hands and a hand mirror and finding nothing! Their search continues while the female members of the GOP are acting like and turning into Liberals.

All politicians are frightened of (a) being denied future access (b) being denied promotion (c) being denied re-election money. Based on these fears, not one of them is willing to rock the boat. The media is always frightened of being denied access. Conclusion - we need to put the Administration up for sustained questioning by laymen electors. Since that will never happen, the nightmare continues - we are screwed.

Back in the room: Kerry supporters with fists in the air as a sign of communist solidarity.

Issa is going forward, but Linda Graham seems to have forgotten his promise to hold up all Senate legislation until the Benghazi witnesses were called to appear and promised safety without retaliation.

It's hard to tell most of the Republicrats from the Democans even with a score card.

Secretary of State John F. Kerry just wishes that Congress would stop asking him silly questions about the September 11 murders in Benghazi.

Silly Questions?? Really silly question like: 'President Barry, when did you know about the attack?' or silly question like 'would you like fries with your meal?'
