It is maddening! Now, the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) is four years behind in producing its ANNUAL Report to Congress.
They have NOT submitted a report for Obama’s years in office. When January 31st came and went last week they added the report for FY 2012 to the list of missing reports—there is no report for FY 2009, 2010, 2011 and now 2012!
Does no one care that the ORR is breaking the law? Here is the law:
Sec. 413. [8 U.S.C. 1523] (a) The Secretary, shall submit a report on activities under this chapter to the Committees on the Judiciary of the House of Representatives and of the Senate not later than the January 31 following the end of each fiscal year, beginning with fiscal year 1980.
(b) Each such report shall contain-
(1) an updated profile of the employment and labor force statistics for refugees who have entered the United States within the five-fiscal-year period immediately preceding the fiscal year within which the report is to be made and for refugees who entered earlier and who have shown themselves to be significantly and disproportionately dependent on welfare as well as a description of the extent to which refugees received the forms of assistance or services under this chapter during that period;
(2) a description of the geographic location of refugees;
(3) a summary of the results of the monitoring and evaluation conducted under section 412(a)(7) during the period for which the report is submitted;
The list of ‘shalls’ goes on.
So what good are all the ‘shalls’ when no one ever calls them on it, no one ever sues them (we need a lawyer!), Congress never demands.

I don’t have much time to write about this today, but wanted readers to have this announcement so you may begin to prepare your testimony. This is the only opportunity you have to tell the US State Department what you think about refugee admissions.
Last year I created a whole category to cover my attendance at the hearing and to report on some of your testimony. Please go here to see all the posts related to that hearing/meeting. Here is my summary post for the hearing itself. Testimony sent by citizens far out-numbered testimony from those in the refugee industry—those paid to be there that day and largely looking for the numbers admitted in the next fiscal year to be increased.

There will be a meeting on the President’s FY 2014 U.S. Refugee Admissions Program on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Department of State’s Harry S. Truman Building’s George C. Marshall Conference Room, 2201 C Street NW., Washington, DC 20520.
The meeting’s purpose is to hear the views of attendees on the appropriate size and scope of the FY 2014 U.S. Refugee Admissions Program.
Persons wishing to attend this meeting must notify the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration at telephone (202) 453-9257 by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, May 8, 2013, to reserve a seat.

Do you understand who is writing this new immigration reform bill? I’m sure Obama loves it, but he hasn’t touched it, it’s all the Cartel de Ocho and it’s 100% Grover Norquist and Cesar Conda! The rot is as much in the GOP camp as with the Dems.

Response: As much as I loathe "The Divine One" "Third World" immigration became favored by law in the Johnson administration. It has become obvious over the years that the Democrats and Republicans cut a deal. Democrats get political power by importing voters. Republicans get economic power by importing cheap labor and smashing Unions such as United Auto Workers, the mine workers, Teamsters etc. The method to be used, once the inherent nativism of the American people reared its head, was talk, talk, talk and do nothing about the growing number of invaders. In short, both the Democrats and Republicans sacrificed the Euro-American for narrow interests.
Good point. I don’t disagree. This situation goes way back.
But my intent here was to concentrate on Clinton and 0bama’s bringing in of specifically Middle Eastern muslim illegals. To a certain extent, this was also true under W.
The lack of an ORR report for 4 years speaks volumes. These people get federal benefits and 0bamacare.
We hear Hispanics referenced as comprising the most of the total number. I do not believe they are the actual targets of ‘amnesty.’
We are now a third world country in many parts of this nation. Not later on. NOW.

The stupid Americans elected as a leader a member of an alien demographic(Not yet a People.)whose members resent the Euro American and our formation and governance of the Republic from the 1776 A.D. to 2008 A.D. At the latter point in time the Euro American abdicated his right to govern. Naturally based upon the resentment “The Divine One” will move heaven and earth to place his own in positions of authority.
