John Woodman is a one time author, a self proclaimed computer expert who decided to take it upon himself to get recruited, according to CCP Investigator Mike Zullo, and write a book debunking the claims that Obama has a forged birth certificate and that he is not a natural born Citizen. On Friday, April 5, 2013, Lt. Mike Zullo took calls from listeners for one hour on a radio program. As expected, a caller who has been revealed to be a Obama supporter called in and asked Zullo why he didn't consult with John Woodman on the criminal fraud investigation. Zullo at approximately 48:35 explains why. It is a must listen!

Why can't Arpaio legally use public funds to investigate what you call "the worst deception in American history?" Doesn't Arpaio have a duty to investigate real crimes?

Have you sent them any of your money?

I don’t believe that the raison d’être for this organization is to investigate any kind of wrong-doing by a political entity whom they might dislike. On their web page it says they were founded in 2006.

You make it sound as if this is all they do. What do you know about the other functions they perform?

What difference would it be to you if anyone sends them money? What skin is it off your back?

Why don’t you tell all of us why you are really angry about this?

Zullo claims to believe that the birther "cold case posse" investigation involves the investigation of a truly monstrous crime, but Arpaio is afraid to use any public funds to support this investigation.

Who would be stupid enough to not wonder why Arpaio is afraid to use public funds for this venture?

“Zullo and team have produced results, and want Zero’s well documented fraud prosecuted. You got a problem with that?”

They have produced NOTHING that will stand in court, which is why they haven’t tried to DO anything in court. I liked Sheriff Joe at one time, but he needs to put up or shut up.

See paragraph 2 of post 27.

It's just inherently wrong to try to cheat people. We live in a capitalist system that provides each of us with a nearly unlimited number of avenues for earning an honest living. It truly disgusts me to see sociopaths degrade our system by trying to rip people off.

You haven't sent these folks any of your money, have you?

Well, not you, obviously, because “Ooh, you speak French!”

Explain to me how he could use public funds to investigate this as an elected official and how that would be appropriate for one situation and possibly inappropriate in another.

Or do you just make the assertion that he can spend taxpayer money on anything he pleases? You sound like you must know the mechanism of how that would work with someone in his position who is elected, not hired.

I suspect they have produced some money to support themselves, but what an awful way to do it. "The next REALLY BIG break in this case is just about to be announced. SEND MONEY NOW!!! ORDER A BOOK!!!"

And, they pretend to wonder why anyone might suspect a scam. Sheeeesh!

...”people can arrive at their own conclusions as to the credibility of these folks”

Isn’t the goal; in a pursuit of truth, one which determines the credibility of the evidence, rather than merely to discredit a proper authority?

If I understand the process, ‘they’ have the authority and an obligation to investigate the anomalies regarding the internet posted birth certificate.

Should we content ourselves with a peremptorily determination based on speculation, before an argument can be presented in court?

I don’t expect anything to come out of this.

For me, it is not primarily an issue of whether Obama was or was not born in this country. I don’t care, because that barn door has already been opened and time isn’t getting turned back. He isn’t going to get impeached or removed from office.

I want to see this get enough exposure that when the next presidential election rolls around, candidates will be expected to take care of this up front. There should be formal process in place to verify a presidential candidate as a natural born citizen, and it is clear there isn’t.

I would like to see a process come out of this to do just that.

What “book” are you referring to that they would expect people to buy?

When a public official, hired specifically to use public funds to investigate crimes, tells you it would be inappropriate to use public funds to investigate a particular monstrous crime, you should wonder why.

And, you should NOT send money to anyone who pretends to not wonder why.

Mr. Tau Food doesn’t have the same opinion. He thinks the situation speaks for itself.

Basically, he doesn’t feel the need to discuss the actual mission of the organization, but to just dismiss it because it is self evident.

“They have produced NOTHING that will stand in court”

You must have hearing comprehension problems Mr. Rogers. If you would have listened closely, Zullo is not going to reveal anything, especially the new evidence they received 5 days ago from a highly credentialed legal entity that confirms their case is deal sealer. Never let your enemies know what new evidence you have accumulated in order to keep their sources from being harassed by Obama supporting Obots who want to suppress and ridicule evidence.

You didn’t answer my question. I’ll restate it to you: Do you feel that as an elected official, Sheriff Arpaio can spend money on anything he sees as a violation of the law in any way, or are there circumstances when he cannot initiate those actions, due to process, jurisdiction, etc?

What are your thoughts on this?

I suppose I agree with you, then. I have asked my representative in Phoenix about changing the law to require birth certificates from all candidates applying for an office with an age requirement...it was discussed, but never went anywhere.

I’d actually like to see Arizona say that anyone running for any public office must release their employment and school records, birth certificate and last 5 years of tax returns. Don’t want to? Don’t run.

But that isn’t going to become the law. The people who would have to vote for it don’t want it to apply to themselves. ;>(

What proper authority? Remember, no public money can be used on this case. Truth can be pursued without sending money to anyone who asks.

If I understand the process, ‘they’ have the authority and an obligation to investigate the anomalies regarding the internet posted birth certificate.

No one is obligated to cheat people. if there were a real crime, public funds could properly be devoted to a legitimate investigation of what would be a monstrous crime.

Should we content ourselves with a peremptorily determination based on speculation, before an argument can be presented in court?

There isn't going to be any court unless some prosecutor believes that this birther fundraising scam amounts to a crime.

I don’t have a hearing problem. I just think they are blowing smoke up your butt.

Want to bet? $100 to FreeRepublic from me the day they file charges in court. $100 to FreeRepublic from you, if they fail to do so by the end of this year. All on the honor system.

I’m willing!

Yeah. I just think it is a pipe dream if anyone thinks this is going to do any more than irritate Obama. He isn’t being kicked out of office.

If they couldn’t even make a squeak about Fast and Furious, this isn’t going to do it.

But if it gets a process in place so a piece of crap like Obama is forced to do a forgery to get into the race instead of closing that particular barn door after the cow is gone (the way it is now) then that might be a worthwhile expenditure of time and effort.
