I was aware that there was such a link. How did you establish that it is "legitimate"? Has the author agreed to it? Did the author not sell the rights at original publication? I didn't find a way to contact the web site owner to ask.
Good question. I’ve read somewhere that it was but sent a note to the author to verify. You can also buy it at accuratepress.net. When I hear back from Mr. Ross I will post it on this thread.
