If you thought nothing could be more tedious than filling out your tax forms, just wait until you try to apply for health insurance through the Affordable Care Act’s new exchanges.
The draft of the paper application is 15 to 21 pages, depending on whether someone is applying individually or for their family. See the Application for Health Insurance
And the instructions for the application run no less than 61 pages. That’s nearly six times longer than the instructions for a green-card application. (There are also videos of the process.)
“If you like IRS forms, you’re going to love this one,” says Ken Hoagland, chairman of Restore America’s Voice, a conservative organization that advocates for the repeal of the health-care law. “These are the kinds of things that are going to drive people crazy.”

61 pages of BS and this is for people who graduated with a 7th grade education. This should be fun.
The application will also register them as (Democrat) voters. It's in there.
ACORN also fills out ballots for the same clueless voters.
In fact, over the years I did more than 1,000 individual designs or redesigns for forms to be used by the public or postal workers and never went over one page forms!
Those forms controlled BILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN REVENUE and hundreds of millions of Americans used them to do business with USPS.
A 61 page form is MIND NUMBING ~ just what that would be for I can't imagine, particularly since those forms will be used by that segment of society for whom the understanding of postage stamps is your main hurdle!
There's a distinct possibility that Human Services has no one at all who's ever worked with the public ~ seriously ~ we know the head honcho, the crazy woman Sibelius has never successfully worked with the public. What kind of talent could she attract? Certainly not someone with a sense of the warm and fuzzies you have to put out there to get the system to work.
If those people are allowed to move ahead with this nonsense WE ARE DOOMED ~ our civilization is doomed ~ our liberty is doomed. The fact none of the Democrats have yet told us they understand how ridiculous a 61 page form is proves that they not only suffer from the mental illness of Liberalism, their brains are rotting.
There will be government-assigned “helpers” to help the poor downtrodden underclass oppressed apply, in 39 languages.
The long papers are for the productive, honest, hard-working oppressor citizens.
They also have to speak multiple languages including Eubonics ~
This will not work.
I wouldn’t doubt there would be a five year prison term and a hundred thousand dollar fine for failing to fill out all forms accurately.

I think I’ve just glimpsed the future.
The second American revolution won’t be fought over a government gun grab, usurping of states rights, the trampling of the US Constitution, treason at the highest levels of the federal leviathan, or any of the other myriad outrages we’re contending with.
It’ll be a rebellion over the 61 page morass of red tape we’ll all have to go through to get a flu shot.
The coming revolution is going to be a very uncivil war. I’m living in a foreign damned country now and I’m pissed.
