If I were a resident of Rhode Island I would sell my gun out of state at the nearest gunshop.I may not get top dollar for it but it would most likely be more than what the state would pay during their turn in’s.
Actually it’s a Gun “Laundering” program because murder weapons get turned in by Gang Bangers and there’s no questions asked.
Set up a table and a sign just over the RI State line on Saturdays and advertise in Craigslist, Index cards at supermarkets, signs at gun stores etc. You’ll get the business.
