Gotta admit that on St. Patrick's Day I usually think about wearing something green, four leaf clovers, green booze, leprechauns, etc.

Time to take Al Capone’s vault out of St Patricks day too, Jerry.

“Geraldo: Time to Take God Out of St. Patrick's Day” Freeper to Geraldo: No it isn't. It IS a religious celebration whether YOU think it is or not. Now please just go away.

God has already largely been taken out of St. Patrick’s day. When I was in elementary school 30 years ago, it was all about wearing green, eating cookies tinged green by food coloring, and pinching the kids that forgot to wear green. No mention of God or even who St. Patrick is in all of it.
As an adult, it’s an excuse to take the day off and get drunk off your ass. If anything, I would’ve expected a drive to put God back in it.

The great “conservative” blabbermouth has spoken. Take God out of Saints???
Why is Whorealdo still on WABC 770? He is stooopid and as soon as there is a hint of conservative caller, he “has to go”. Baaaaarf!

Uhh... No. Time to put God back in then. Saint Patrick’s Day is about Saint Patrick who served God. Just because people aren’t celebrating it in the right way doesn’t mean it’s original meaning and purpose should be removed.

Time to take Geraldo off the radio.
Why WABC radio replaced Crummy with Geraldo is a complete mystery.

Mardi Gras is religious in origin as well. It’s “Fat Tuesday”, the day before Ash Wednesday. Jerry is a moron.

It's time to take Geraldo Rivera out of TV.
I need an Auto channel changer, he comes on, in a flash next channel or TV off.

wait...we have thousands of drunk fake-Irish walking around the streets and you want to take God out?
Is Geraldo trying to bring about the apocalypse?
To: chessplayer
I have a feeling its about NY's parade and the role of the archbishop and cathedral in the proceedings PLUS the continued exclusion of homosexual groups from marching under their own banner. Speaking of banners, there are plenty of religious banners carried up 5th Avenue on St. Patrick's Day.
St. Patrick's Day is about the Irish remaining Catholic in Protestant (now secular) America. Stuff it, Geraldo.

What is happening to people of influence who are on a crusade to eliminate
and attack anything Godly? They are devaluing anybody who worships God, Jesus and who are Christians.
This cannot be an accident that media people are doing this. These people are
evil and deceptive in so many ways that I've never seen in public.
I pray for this nation, and I pray that people see the recognizable actions that
the attack on God is an attack on the base principals of true freedom of which this
nation was created.
Drunk with their own egos they worship themselves over all else.

Saint Patrick’s Day in the United States is much different than Saint Patrick’s Day in Ireland. Here it is celebrated with Scottish music (bagpipes),Jewish food (corned beef), and awful fake Irish accents.
To: chessplayer
So...we would just call it “Patrick’s Day”?
