“It was announced today that the Obama administration is considering intervening in the Supreme Court’s Proposition 8 case”
WHAT?
Qui cum canibus concumbunt cum pulicibus surgent.
Ive lost any respect I once had for this woman.
&&&
Ditto!
“How is commenting on one Bush / a Bush,
in a post about a person named Bush,
that’s RELATED to the person of interest named Bush,
considered hijacking a thread?”
Jeb Bush has *nothing* to do with the subject of this thread, not even tangentially so.
LBJeb Bush
***
Good one!
But Cheney is OK with being included in the ad?
Cheney?
Do these people ever read the Bible?
Qui cum canibus concumbunt cum pulicibus surgent.
...I used to sleep with my dog...but I was too young to put the itching and the fleas together...
Hey thread cop supervisor, read me my Miranda rights or due something constructive like inventory the cyber evidence room.
Let's see. Jeb Bush is the brother-in-law of the last Bush First Lady "Laura" and now it's Jeb's "turn" to run for President and he don't want Laura's support of anti-Christian agenda to steal away the latino vote both legal and illegal.
Making sense is not a synonym for "hijacking".
I suspect that if Jeb Bush had already had his turn as President, this pro-homo marriage ad would be of no concern to Laura publically.
Her sudden opposition is nothing but a political move and we know her husband cannot run again.
Has EVERYTHING to do with Jeb Bush. EVERYTHING
And Jeb Bush is now the talk of the thread..........go figure......
Silly me, I thought it was about Laura.....
>> Respect for Marriage Coalition.
Which really means persecute those that refuse to service homosexual behavior.
GFY, RMC.
Thank you for your non Orwellian retort. The smell of Ben Gay is getting really annoying around here. I speak in specificity to an ointment meant to assuage those aches and pains afflicting the proverbial grey matter of some of our stellar clients.
I have long believed that Laura was principally responsible for W’s Presidency being a failure and disaster. She is just another progressive, and I’m certain that she prodded George to accept liberal positions in his last years to protect his “legacy”. I can’t stand the woman. Bob
Only if you're one of those headline readers.
Laura Bush even wrote in her book, Spoken From the Heart, that during the 2004 presidential election, she asked her husband not to make gay marriage a central issue in his campaign platform, as they held opposing views on the issue. Laura Bush is doing this out of politics.
I’m no thread-cop supervisor, and neither are you. I merely responded to your (silly) statement that any post concerning a relative of the subject of a thread is, ipso facto, germane to the topic at hand.
Let me take a wild guess... you’ve gone an stirred up shiite, and now you don’t like the smell of it?
There are sufficient responses in this thread, validating why Jeb Bush IS a fair topic, for the straw arguments to cease and desist.
It’s FR, not the Huffington Post, or DU.
Otherwise- Get your precinct watch commander down here for a face to face with a couple of us hooligans.
I agree with you. I’ve had no use for the Bush women since they decided to support the sickening lie that sodomites messing with each other is “love and marriage.”
