If one looks at his bio he is a product of a Catholic education including Loyola Univ - Chicago. So called-Catholic Universities seem to specialize in spitting out future politicians who hate the Catholic Church.

When I first came to Illinois for a joint assignment at USMEPCOM, the state was generally a “purple” one, split somewhat evenly between dems and GOPers. It’s stunning to see how far to the left Illinois has gone. Like California and NY, it’s conquered territory.

This is why “flyover” counties need a bigger voice to counter these big city heavy populations.

a ten square mile zone with 50000 people should not overwhel a 10 square mile with 5000 people.

Illinois, like about a dozen other states, will become part of the Communist States of America when secession of the rest of the states occurs. The CSA will be a workers' and peasants' paradise and we'll be free,prosperous...and we'll have most of the energy and most of the food. ;-)

I’m tired of this state, build up my career, and hopefully move to Texas in two years.
