This is why it sets my teeth on edge when the jackboot-lickers chime in and say there's just "a few bad apples" among police.
If they were "bad apples," instead of ordinary representatives of typical police culture and training in these areas, they'd be removed from the bushel instead of defended, apologized for, given paid leave and a mild reprimand if they're unlucky, and promoted.
Absolutely right. I have to imagine that “incredible tension” is a rather common feature of being a police officer in a major city. If these clowns can’t handle such an environment, then they obviously need to be removed from it before they kill innocent people.
Charlie,I don’t give a damn how much”tension” your officers are under. If they can’t handle the basics, like identifying your target before firing-then they are a hazard to the public just like the crips or bloods.
“...officers working under incredible tension,”
Yeah someone willing and able to engage them.
