Krugman: U.S. Needs Death Panels, Sales Taxes
Breitbart's Big Government ^ | February 5, 2013 | Joel Griffith

Posted on 02/05/2013 12:35:02 PM PST by 2ndDivisionVet

Nobel Prize winning “economist” Paul Krugman spoke at Sixth & I Historic Synagogue in Washington, D.C. last week. During the Q&A session following the lecture, an audience member asked him about the rising national debt.

Earlier in the evening, Krugman had already vocalized his satisfaction at President Obama’s apparent lack of concern over the exploding cumulative deficit. However, in a moment of brutal honesty, the esteemed Princeton professor revealed his long term prognosis. According to the professor,

"Eventually we do have a problem. That the population is getting older, health care costs are rising…there is this question of how we’re going to pay for the programs. The year 2025, the year 2030, something is going to have to give…. …. We’re going to need more revenue…Surely it will require some sort of middle class taxes as well.. We won’t be able to pay for the kind of government the society will want without some increase in taxes… on the middle class, maybe a value added tax…And we’re also going to have to make decisions about health care, doc pay for health care that has no demonstrated medical benefits . So the snarky version…which I shouldn’t even say because it will get me in trouble is death panels and sales taxes is how we do this...."

Any society that kills off their citizens needs to be abandoned. There is a point where individuals can decide not to pursue additional medical care, but that is between them, their family, and their doctor. Government has no place in that decision.

Do we all get to vote on the value of the life of an economist who works for New York Times?

Someone needs to point out to Dr. Dumbguy that most states already have sales taxes.

Yes. She was. Yet the ‘establishment’ (all of it, including the media, connected politicians, the academic hierarchy, Hollywood, etc. etc.) call her ‘stupid’, and Krugman a genius.

Ultimately, it comes down to issues of philosophy and spirituality. Truly. Who decides what is and what is not worth spending money on? Should we spend more on welfare, but less on the elderly? Is it OK for the government to spend money saving GM from bankruptcy, but not OK to give grandpa a shot at chemo? (one could argue that the chances of success of some chemotherapies are probably better than the odds of GM becoming a vibrant company again anytime in the near future).

Zenith Press Association

August 15, 2017
Chicago, Illinois

Marian Shields Robinson, mother of former First Lady, Michelle Robinson Obama, died yesterday. In otherwise excellent health, an autopsy determined that the cause of death was a relatively simple to repair coronary artery blockage. She was 80 years old.

Unfortunately, under the 2010 Universal Health Care Act, passed in the last year of the truncated Obama Administration, the surgery necessary to clear the fatal blockage had originally been ruled by the the late Dr. Jack Kevorkian, first head of the first Federal Death Panel, as prohibited on patients over 60 years of age. That ruling has been upheld by the Obama dominated appointee laden SCOTUS.

The impeached Barack Obama could not be reached for comment. On death row at the Colorado Super-Max prison, he is awaiting execution for treason against the Constitution and the people of the United States and humanity.

The Republican breakaway New Freedom Party, which began winning congressional seats in the 2010 election and completed its sweep of conventional Republicans and Democrats from office in the 2016 election, has pledged to eliminate what President Palin called “…these unfortunate and unnecessary deaths of our older citizens who have, after all, done much to build this nation.” She went on to say “Of course, we all die. But this foolishly enacted legislation is consigning countless millions of otherwise healthy, capable, often wisdom-laden loved parents and grandparents to early graves for simply corrected problems. It’s just morally wrong.”

Due to the urgency of the need, Senate Majority Leader Rand Paul (NFP, KY) has pledged to hold as many all-night sessions, 24/7 necessary to repeal the Universal Health Care Act. Once finished, he promised to get on with the public executions for treason of 58 Obama officials being demanded by millions of irate taxpayers. “We’d have done this sooner but due to demand from other Western nations, the manufacturer of the Acme 2 Position Super-Deluxe Slice-O-Matic guillotine has a one year backlog.” Paul said the area in front of the Capitol has been ready for the device for 6 months.

When reached by phone for comment, former First Lady Michelle Obama, muttered a few unprintable scatological and profane terms and something about no longer being “…proud of this crappy country – not that I ever was.”

Before hanging up, she blurted that her mother died because “…those honky idiots Reid and Pelosi screwed up and forgot to insert the promised exemptions for us, the members of the ruling class and their families, from the legislation.”

Arrangements are pending but those close to the family have hinted that Mrs. Robinson will be taken to Kenya for burial. Mrs. Obama has declared that she and her daughters will remain in Kenya — eventually found to be the actual birthplace of the disgraced former usurper president — and never return to the United States.

(Pregnant pause here…)

ROFLMAO – yeah, like THAT would ever happen to a member of Dear Leader’s entourage!!

This should be reported as “Krugman supports ‘Death Penalty’”.

That is, a single violent felon in prison for twenty years may cost the taxpayer between one and two million dollars for their incarceration.

The average cost for an elderly person in the last five years of their life? About $40,000.

This means that for every single violent criminal who is executed shortly after conviction, it saves enough money to pay for the health care of between 25 and 50 elderly people.

About 60% of criminals in state prisons are there for violent offenses out of the more than 2 million in prison. Of those violent offenders, if only 10% are for crimes violent enough to execute, that is still some 120,000.

And 120,000 times 25 equals 3,000,000. Times 50 is 6,000,000.

Granted there are about 72,000,000 Baby Boomers, but not all of them will need their “last five years of healthcare” all at once.

So just by not messing around with endless appeals, if we all agree that violent criminals should be executed within one year after conviction and sentencing, we will save enough money to *not* kill between 3 and 6 million old people each year.

Which sounds like a great idea.

Ted Kennedy. I celebrated his death. His death was a joyful occasion to me. He was an abject traitor to America.

I will celebrate Frank Lautenberg's death. Nancy Pelosi's. Dianne Feinsteins.

And Krugman. Krugman is truly evil. When he dies, the world will be a slightly sunnier place.

Lols! I got an LOR when I was in Air Force Tech School because I was.......opinionated, when I heard the news of his death.

Lets just say "I would Dance on his Grave" comes to mind and making allusions of things "Growing like tumors on Ted Kennedy's Grave" does also.

Of course we are going to have death panels. We live in a late civilization that is in love with death, both individually and collectively. We have already started to kill babies. Why not the old and infirm?

You can rest assured that certain groups will not be subject to deat panel rulings, i.e. blacks, Mexicans, Asians, and members of Magian religions. To put it another way only people of Euroamerican Christian ancestry will be required to die.
