Instead of understanding the real cause of their misery, though, they will clamor for a single payer system, which is what all this is about anyway. Years ago Ted Kennedy (who has been sober for quite some time now) admitted that the goal was to make health care and insurance so expensive that people would throw up their hands and demand that the government take over completely.
