Problem is, Walmart only cares about those EBT cards the get refilled the first of every month.
They don't make that much money off the working people. It's the EBT people that they cater to.
And why should’nt they? EBT shoppers care less about the prices since they are spending your money and mine. More profit potential for Wal-Mart, who is in the business to make profits, not philanthropy or justice. I noticed the same trend at Grocery stores. The EBT shoppers buy $200+ at a time and have their carts loaded and overflowing. We only buy sale items and bargains.
