Worse than serfs.

Serfs, at least the western European version, had specifically contracted dues owed to the lord of the manor. He wasn't free to raise them whenever he saw fit.

Obama just wants the breaking point. Huge crisis is the only way he can trash the Constitution and make a new one.

OBAMA wants WAR. He loves this. He believes out of chaos, order. Just another way of saying never let a good crisis go to waste.
