I thought it would happen by now, even at election time, that someone from the other side would say, “uncle”, on Obama. All along, I did know it would take democrats to get us out of this. Now it seems even our military are overtaken, reeducated, demilitarized—that we’re on our own. No one to reverse course. Even Feinstein, with an occassional brain, drives liberty further from decent Americans. Furhers everywhere.

One of the important things to work with is the problem of having a registered weapon. We have already seen addresses of gun owners posted, we may see this escalate nationwide.
I had one registered rifle, I say I had.
But its still in a database somewhere and eventually someone will come around asking, or a neighborhood mob will.
I think Obama is whipping up a mob frenzy and is working to get the anti-gun crowd bold enough to do the job for him, thats my prediction for 2013.
You entirely correct. I was astonished when Bob McDonnell, the "conservative" governor of Virginia, thought it was OK to use drones for law enforcement. Our freedoms and privacy are being taken away at an unheard of rate.

Drones? Very easy to disable with a device costing less than today’s price of an AR-15.
They are just a pest for now, and allowed to fly about unchallenged. When the time comes, they will prove as ineffective as hot air balloons.

Force multiplier is loyalty. I have no doubt our military will not be effective in any internal conflict. Only the bootlicking fags will follow an order to fire on Americans. Every military person I know, I know many, have made it clear they will not follow those orders.

"Them" includes oath-breaking agents of the IRS, DEA, HHS, Marshalls service, Secret Service, State Police, local police, county sheriffs, and others ... including National Guard and regular Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps. Some will disobey orders ... but not all.
Worse, "They" will also have working for them a very sophisticated and almost ubiquitous propaganda machine composed of ABC, CBS, CNN, NBC, PBS, and numerous newspapers large and small.

Nothing was arbitrary or based on feelings, it was all referenced to historical events as well as numbers.
Perhaps what I need to be asking you is how many times throught history, the "rules of logic" have won battles for freedom ? Stopped Democide ? How many lawyers overtook machine gun nests at Normandy Beach with superior debating skills ?

I'm not claiming that there are more armed tyrants than there are armed patriots, BTW. My first claim is that the ratio does not favor the patriots as much as the article asserts. My second claim is that the tyrants enjoy an advantage of organization, logistics, and propaganda apparatus that the author seems to ignore. My third claim is that deluding ourselves does nobody any good.
The Confederate States of America were absolutely certain of that.
