It’s tough to target an enemy who hides behind his own women and children. Ask Israel.
However you oook at factual evidence, the IDF seems to be doing a much better job at limiting civilian casualties than Nobel Peace prize grantee Barry obama. Maybe they care more. Maybe they care at all.
