A federal three-judge panel denied the NAACP's request to set aside the 2011 legislative election results and order new elections in 2013. The order is posted below. Secretary of State Delbert Hoseman issued the following statement:

“It has always been my position the Mississippi Legislature should be able to redistrict itself and not the Federal Courts.

Today, the Federal Court upheld our position and our Constitution. There will be no costly special election and the elected Legislative Representatives will serve their full four year terms.

Following the law is always a victory for every citizen.”

while Lieutenant Governor Tate Reeves chimed in with this press release:

"The three-judge panel today agreed the State Senate’s redistricting plan, which was approved with overwhelming bipartisan support, was representative of the entire state, and senators will run for office under the new district lines in 2015. Today’s ruling was a victory for taxpayers, who believe in fair elections.”

The Senate plan added a district in DeSoto County to reflect the growing population of the area and increased the number of districts with majority-minority voting-age residents to 15 from 12. There remain 52 Senate districts."

The UN "observers" that monitored some of our polling places during the last election were stunned that we didn't have voter ID.

If the UN presses it, maybe the "whole worlders" will see the light.

Impeach the kenyan or secession.
