Illegal Immigrants Are Lobbying To Win The Right To Practice Law In 50 States

A nonprofit group called the DREAM Bar Association is lobbying every state in the union to grant law licenses to undocumented immigrants.

The group wants all 50 states to enact laws allowing graduates of ABA-accredited schools to receive law licenses after they pass the bar – regardless of their immigration status.

"This is a fundamental question of fairness," Jose Magaña, president of the group, said in a written statement issued ahead of a Tuesday press conference. The DREAM Bar Association filed friend-of-the-court briefs with state supreme courts in Florida and California, which are both weighing whether lawyers can practice if they were brought to the U.S. illegally as children

Perhaps, Jose, but the American Bar Association isn't about "fairness", it's about the very laws that you and the 20+ million other illegals are breaking.

Besides, I would ask how you can be trusted to practice law with so much experience breaking and ignoring it??

I for some reason find this hard to believe. Does this mean if someones in a jam they can drive to the nearest Home Depot, pull around back, and ask “any you guys a lawyer.” You in the Cruz Azul jersey are, jump in the back.

Where can I donate to their cause?

Politicians are overwhelmingly attorneys. Their lawns are mowed by illegals, their houses are cleaned by illegals, their burgers are flipped by illegals, if they’re Democrats they’re elected by illegals. But they never, ever have to face competition from illegals in their profession.

Screw them. Hit them where it hurts - give illegals the right to practice law. Hell, let them run for Congress too.

The American political class will never take illegal immigration seriously until *their* livelihood is threatened.

The unintended consequences of drug-addled thinking among elected officials.
Paying for an illegal alien's education and charging more for citizens of adjacent states is the definition of UNFAIRNESS, pure and simple. Children of illegal alien parents should never be consider citizens. No law or policy will ever change the definition of fairness.

In addition, illegal alien attorneys tend to work their entire lifetimes litigating wealth away from true hard working citizens, and having their "work" paid for by the very citizens they have sued and scammed their entire lives.

What's next? Giving preferential treatment to illegal alien koranimals going to law school and subsidizing increased terrorism in addition to their screaming, explosives and current ongoing mayhem? All paid for by the working citizen taxpayers?
Not in any sane universe!

Why shouldn’t illegals be allowed to Pratice Law in the US? Otherwise, we are denying their right to earn a living. To provide for their families. Why should illegals only be allowed to pick lettuce or drive cabs?
Heavens yes, they should be given the right to practice law! And any applications to the bar should be written in their native language and contain cultural references they can understand, for instance, when does a husband have the right to kill his wife?

For those who haven’t had their morning coffee, I’m writing this with my tongue firmly planted in my cheek.
