Because Obamacare’s insurance mandates only apply to workers working more than 30 hours per week, chains like Red Lobster and the Olive Garden have said they will look into cutting worker’s hours also.

Will it be harder to get breadsticks?

Homemade Bread Sticks

1 1/4 cups milk,
1 egg
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup white sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups bread flour
1 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

Place the milk and butter in a plastic container and heat to 120 degrees (OK to microwave)
Put egg into the liquid and slowly stir with a fork to help the butter melt and break up the egg
Pour the liquid ingredients into your mixing bowl
Put the salt, sugar and bread flour into a dry bowl, mix with fork and pour it into the mixing bowl so it’s on top of the wet ingredients
Make a little pocket on top of the flour/salt mix and put the yeast into that pocket
Stir for 15-25 minutes until it’s thoroughly mixed
Cover for 70 minutes to retain heat and moisture, allow to do the first rise
After the 1st rise, place on lightly floured cutting board and evenly divide into ten sections
Take each sections and gently roll into around eight inch long tubes
Place each tube onto shortening-brushed cookie pan, evenly spaced (1-inch apart)
Cover for 1 hour for 2nd rise (I put them in my oven with a plastic container with hot water in it to maintain humidity)
Bake at 345 degrees for 12 minutes.
Enjoy!!

NOMS!!
